On a night where we lost 2 points on sloppy mistakes, Villa came to the rescue on a somewhat bizzare night in the Barclay's Premier League.

UP THE f**kING VILLA!!!

I was able to see the first 65 or so minutes of this one, and I have to say the deserve a huge amount of credit. This was by no means a smash and grab, they had several good chances and couldve added to their lead (not to say that the mancs didnt, rooney hit the underside of the bar). But above all Villa showed a huge amount of mental strength. They were getting very few calls for fouls, but it didnt faze them one bit.

Already liked them as a team before this, but they totally turned our result around.

Oh, and their goal was a beauty. Hard not to like a team like Villa, unless you hate O'Neill or something. But a real hard working bunch who I hope break the top 4 this year

I've always liked Villa too, Westway. They really give everything 100%, and in James Milner, they have the player of the season so far.

Villa under O'Neil has always been a good team. Have nothing but respect for O'Neil. They've now beaten three of the "big four" this year and it shows what they're capable of, having our 3-1 loss in mind. I'd like to see Villa take the fourth spot on behalf of the dippers. And yes, the main priority is to win the premiership and the CL, but the more the dippers struggle the happier I am :)

I like Villa anytime they're not playing us.

Still, for about an hour I found myself mumbling: Come on Villa, Come on Villa. It will be some time before I've recovered from that trauma. I don't like Villa at all, and that pr*ck O'Neill even less.

I was delighted at what happened at Old Trafford last night. Villa played very well and deserved the three points. Gabriel is a legend and a player that one day will hopefully be signed by Chelsea. Also the result last night demonstrates how messed up results wise this Premier League has been so far.
