  18th April 1960, Easter Monday. Peter Bonetti in action at White Hart Lane. We won 1-0 with Jimmy Geaves scoring. Watched by 37,205 spectators  (officially !)

The above game was only Peter Bonetti's 5th match for the club.

He'd  made his debut on 2nd April 1960 v Man City at The Bridge. Keeping a clean sheet as we won 3-0 .

 Looks like a 'Shoot !' magazine picture from 1977/78.

Chelsea, Peter Bonetti dives to attempt a save v Sheff Utd at The Bridge stadium  on 21st Dec 1963. We would win the match 3-2.

Marvin Hinton 7th, Barry Bridges 15th and Terry Venables 65th mins were our scorers that day. 19,505 saw it, though it looks foggy from the picture above.

Peter's last game for us was on Mon 14th May 1979. 1-1 draw in front of 28,386. Gary Stanley scoring for us.
