Should point out here...I don't blame Eto'o. He's entitled to earn whatever he can, because anyone else would, and it's not like he's got more to prove in football after all his sucess. It's just disgusting that a club would be willing to pay that.

One of the best strikers in the world in my opinion. Can't see why Inter would let him go. Scored in every second game whilst playing for them. He's not that old. Fair enough they get a lot of money for him.

From Eto'o's point of view, this must be nothing but greed? I guess a salary like that would be tempting for anyone, especially if he feels his twilight years are approaching. He's won everything you could possibly dream of winning with your club. But the Russian league? I'm guessing its not that bad, yet I don't know much about it. Can't see why one would leave Italy for Russia though.

They've got Zhirkov and Roberto Carlos bombing down the left now. I've no idea how fast RC is nowadays, but I bet he can still do a bit of damage in the Russian league.

Good deal for him, he's already win every trophies he could have. A big payout at the late stage of his career, why not? I found it quite interesting he's always the 'expandable' player, Real let him go, Barca swapped him for Zaltan, and Inter seems to see him go given the right price.

6th best after Italy and France in my opinion.

Anyways its not too bad for Eto, he might be playing for Anzhi but the team is only travelling there for home games. They have their traning grounds in Moscow if I remember right. And considering the wages everybody would have done that. His career wont last forever and a few extra millions on his bank account wont do any harm after he is retired
