We must keep torres, he­ is world class. even when he is not scoring he plays­ better than half the team. The drog... if he isnt­ willing to take a 1 year contract then we must let him­ go. its sad i know, but i dont believe he has 2 years­ in him. that being said, we cant let him go to barca and maybe we could offr him 1 year with a possible extension based on performance?­

i dont think it has. i think people were expecting it just because hes not a big name signing and is coming from a significantly weaker league. but ive watched some of his games and i think the boy is class. he needs game time and needs to learn form lampard

Well in that case good, cant say ive seen much of him tbh but ive heard good things.

By all means, we should keep him here if we're going to play him, but we dont want another lukaku situation where he barely plays.

and he's been on fire, even though it isnt his natural role, and he should be in the first team.

where would you play him? he's not a CDM and i think lampard still has what it takes in CM. and mata needs to play the 'david silva role' in CAM (even though hes better than silva).

i dont think he will push mata out the team, because i think mata is better suited to the centre, behind the striker.

kdb, marin and hazard (if we sign him) will be battling for the left and probably right wings. which is good, we need wingers.

who is best, and best for chelsea, in the epl, in those roles? we cant say until we see them in a blue shirt i suppose.

and yes, he should replace kalou and malouda, they need to go imo.

actually hes been playing as a cm so if he was to keep anyone out of the team it would be lampard. but he is also good on the wing, certainly better than kalou or malouda so i think hell get plenty of chances in the cups or coming off the bench in the league

if you watch him, more than half of meireles' passes go to the opposition. he has his moments, and can hit a blinding ball, but he ust gives it away constantly.

that being said, ive no idea who we would replace him with, so i guess we should keep him unless we sign someone better, but i dont think he should start.

kalou? i think time to get rid, almost always makes the wrong or no decision and gives the ball away. i dont think hes good enough.

Kalou is out of contract. I doubt he would sign a 1 year deal with us when he can go else where on a free.

I think Kalou is a good squad player but from what i understand he wants to be a starter and i dont think Chelsea can offer that to him.

It was in the press that other day that he has opened the door to go back to Holland and join one of their big teams.

What is the plan for the rest of the season?

I signed now and now I will go back for six months on loan to play some games and gain more experience. Next season it would be normal to be loaned out, but I will start the preparations here at Cobham, and if it goes really well maybe I will stay but probably it will be a team a little level less than Chelsea but bigger than Genk.

yeah i did think i read that about kdb, it'll be good for him i reckon.

I'd say Malouda should go. He has had good seasons for us but he is done for Chelsea.

Essien has completely lost his pace and courage with the injuries. He still can do a job in Italy I think. Slower paced league. He is great passer and has a fierce shot but this league is too pacey for the bison, I'm afraid. Maybe the break will do him well but just can't see it atm.

I'm not too keen in Meireles as well although he scored some good goals to us he isn't exactly what we need in our midfield. I'd replace him with a player like Modric.

Bosingwa is okay being backup for Ivanovic but Paulo can do a job as well. I think one of them might go.

Kalou has done well since Di Matteo took over. If we are willing to realize he will never score hatful and will never be a sure starter his off-the-bench record must be very good. I actually don't mind him staying. Can't really believe I'm saying this though. Live and learn.
