Blue blood from under the system !

Hello all, I'm new to this site, well obv. im posting here, damn.. anyways, I'm a true chelsea fan or that's what i believe anyway. I'm 16 and I live in Estonia. Once I get through high school I plan to move to England, preferrably London or anywhere near so I can go to as many matches as possible, also because I love England and it seems like a perfect place for me to set up shop. I signed up for this site so I can perhaps make a couple of new friends on the island so I'm considering this a prelude to the storm, lol. Nah also to talk about chelseaaaaa damn.

Anybody interested in a good argument or random chat can send a message of some kind. I am a proud owner of fifa 13 so any gameplay is very eagerly awaited and offered. I play some other games aswell though not recently cause I haven't found any that I really want to play.

I also have hip-hop in my blood so any fans of hip-hop are probably also going to have an interesting conversation. Or music in general, also listen to jazz n rock and all kinds of sh*t, not too big of a fan of the club hardbass bullsh*t kinda music so keep that the f away.

I consider myself to be a conspiracy theorist to a degree, but that's a topic for another day.

Is anybody even going to read this? lol great way to spend 5 minutes anyways, looking forward to discovering new people here.

Cheers!

Welcome Soulo.   ::ChELSeAFaN::

Why do you say "damn" at the end of some sentences?  is it something you do in the Estonian language to reinforce what you're saying?  In English we use "damn" mostly when we're annoyed!  or sometimes we say things like "That's a damn fine bottle of wine!" where "damn" virtually means "very".  Your English is damn good!

My music tastes are a bit different from yours - not surprising really because I'm a lot older than you. But all kinds of music are allowed in the Musical Connections thread, so feel free to check it out!

@moi haha, i guess it's something like that.  @Brandinho My fav artist right now is Ab-Soul, and the rest of TDE is nice aswell, Joey Badass and the pro era movement is very nice, and also underachievers and flatbush zombies. But I'll listen to anything as long as it's good. Not too keen on ASAP, not enough substence in the lyrics for my taste. @Bluegraham Oh thats cool, u should look out for Vassiljev, then there's Ojamaa who plays in the scottish league for Motherwell, he's probably the best talent we have right now, Lindpere is also a good player he plays in the MLS for Chicago Fire.

Yeah, Mainstream hip hop is definetly on the rise. Soulo just gets me, there's something about him and his lyrics that just matches something in me. He's got a song called 'Beautiful Death' , That song, wow, it's like every single line had come from the deepest corners of my mind lol.

I feel you. Beautiful Death has a sick beat too. The last song I heard that I really connected with on a deeper level was Willie Burke Sherwood by Killer Mike.

It just hits on so many things one after the other and I'm sitting there thinking sh*t, I feel him on all of it. The sort of thing where you just have to pause and think about what you just heard after it plays for the first time.

Welcome to The Shed End, Soulo!

"...rap is something you do, hip hop is something you live..." - KRS-One

As you might be able to guess from that quote, I'm more into older stuff: A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Jurassic 5, Digable Planets, Guru, Blackalicious, MC Solaar, Erik B & Rakim, Grandmaster Flash... Well you get the idea. I haven't been listening to new rap lately. Shabazz Palaces was the last one I gave a chance to(as they performed at this local festival I went to last summer), but just wasn't able to get into it. I'm always looking for new music, so feel free to recommend me new music.

I feel like a prat its the Ireland v Austria game I'm going to see just goes to show how much I follow international football. Sorry pal and again welcome.

@Maksimov Agree with you  100%, my mistake on that one, i often say the two to the same but yes, hip hop is the culture, it's just that i practically breathe it so it's the same for me :p. And i listen to a lot of oldschool music aswell, guru and premo is one of my favorite 90's artists. I haven't searched into atcq aside from Midnight Marauders, which in my opinion is one of the most classic albums of all time. If you are looking into modern music then i suggest checking out ab-soul's groupmate Jay Rock. He has quite an oldschool base of rapping, classic hooks and verses if you know what i mean. @Bluegraham haha no probs mate

old school music?? the nineties?

Rap is such a young genre (just a little over 30 years young) and it keeps evolving, so songs from the '90s are considered old school now. It was the new school when I was in my teens, though... :happy001:

Cheers!  I'll check out "Follow Me Home" one of these days. :good2:
