Posted March 21, 201411 yr ok, so after a number of years following chelsea in England me and a couple of mates have decided to go paris for the 1/4. Now we are looking at booking the flights asap but have a concern over the tickets. We have 3 memberships with plenty of points, however one of the lads that is going is not one of the members, so would he have a problem? Do chelsea require ID matching the membership holder? or any problems when in paris? cheers
March 21, 201411 yr Don't think they ever ask to see a matching membership card - you just need it to book. They'll send you the ticket in the post and I can't see the staff at the PSG stadium asking to see a card.
March 22, 201411 yr They won't give your mate one over somebody with a load of loyalty points but no harm in phoning the ticket office and explaining it if tickets are still on sale late on.
March 22, 201411 yr Hang on - I think 1905 and I have answered different things here. Do you mean you are planning to buy 3 tickets with memberships with loyalty points but one of the members is being replaced by A N Other (ie not the member?) Because that's the scenario I was answering.

March 22, 201411 yr I had to show my passport at the san siro but I had a home end ticket but managed to get into the chelsea end no questions asked. Not sure if fans with away tickets had names on tickets. I reckon they did but I'm just guessing
March 22, 201411 yr Oops, I read the '1/4' as 4 mates. Think I've had a few too many heinekens! Funny how heineken is considered as sh*t in most of holland, and seen as great beer in the US right? Assuming you are from the US.

March 22, 201411 yr Author cheers lads, yeah I was talking about the fact that my mate will be using a membership that isn't his. I thought you had to fill in declaration forms or something?

Not the best beer but it's reasonably priced. I actually just came back from Holland last week and it tastes much better over there in my opinion
March 22, 201411 yr cheers lads, yeah I was talking about the fact that my mate will be using a membership that isn't his. I thought you had to fill in declaration forms or something? That maybe true for European games but I dunno sorry I've only had experience of home games.
