MHedges Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 The time is now! We have been waiting far too long for the ManU slip, and it's right around the corner! Man U have been squeeking by. They haven't won a game by more than a goal in a month. The massive striking power of their team is dwindling. And what's this? Saha and Solskjaer injured? Larsson moved back home? Rooney hasn't scored since Jan 31? Silvestre dislocates shoulder? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Let's take a look at Chelsea now. We have won 9 of our previous 10 matches, and that tie comes from visiting the best team in portugal. THE TIME TO STRIKE IS NOW CHELS!!! THE LEAGUE IS OURS TO BE WON, NOT THEIRS! Oh yea...we have Drogba too!
blue monty Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 GO ON YOU CHELSEA!! CHELSEA CHAMPIONS, CHELSEA CHAMPIONS, CHELSEA CHAMPIONS
BLUENUT Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Anyone for a bit of squeaky bum time?........ Sir Alex? As Richard Keys might ask..... Can they do it? Will they do it? Are they capable of doing it? Are they gonna do it? Cmon Chelsea they're there for the taking!!
clubhappy Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Certainly gives us hope they might slip up . Rooney cant go past players for some reason , lost his confidence , looses the ball nearly as much as Ronaldo and he's not scoring . So all happy here then. My biggest fear in the run in to the title and the CL is injurys ourselves. God forbid what we will do if Drogba , Essien , Carv or Peta get injured.
sweet waffle Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Just heard on the BBC Boro v Manure coverage that Van Der Sar is injured as he pulled a calf muscle in his warm-up, no word on how serious a pull though, fingers crossed it's a couple of games or so out for him.
Phillip Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Well, it is 1-1 ManU-Boro at the half. I hope that the final score is 1-1, so that ManU will have any game on their fixture list.
BlueBosnian Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Can someone post United's matches that are left for this season?

yuliastar Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 I hope they don't come back from this slip up with more hunger and energy... Instead, I hope this is their slow fall to mediocrity so we can swoop in and steal the title from right under them (preferably in a situation like last year, beating them for the title!).

You got your wish. Now, I wish that the return leg at Old Trafford goes to extra time, and then penalties, with Boro winning 5-4 in the penalty phase.

Suddenly I get a Busta Rhymes song in my head. Think it's called "Break Ya Neck".
sweet waffle Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Another Manure player is injured, this time it's Mr Personality, Mikael Silvestre http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 429435.stm
c3blu Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 Ronaldo must be due a groin strain. I know i would be if i was banging Gemma Atkinson
Elliott Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 According to The Sun, Rio is now out for a good few weeks with a cracked rib! RIO CROCKED!
sweet waffle Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 According to The Sun, Rio is now out for a good few weeks with a cracked rib! RIO CROCKED! Huzzah!! All the pieces are falling into place.
c3blu Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 I heard it was food poisoning, apparently he had a dodgy Nan the other day.
Elliott Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Van der Sar also out, with no return date due to a calf muscle injury. Things may be looking up.
Maksimov Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 This doesn't necessarily mean they will lose points and we still have to start playing like champions again. Both of which have happened too rarely this season. But maybe, just maybe...
