If we want to grow up as a club, we need this kind of stability. It's impossible for example to have youth players break through when you have a new manager every year. José is one of the best in the world, he loves Chelsea and we love him, so if we can have him around for many more years, i can't see anyone complaining.

I'd love for him to stick around and build a legacy.  Even when he wasn't with us, he talked about the club that loved him (remember that interviewer who cut him off after a CL exit just as Jose was strongly hinting about coming back to Chelsea?)

Should make a statement and give him an 8 year extension to his current deal, making it a 10 year contract.

 

A long term commitment giving Jose the security to develop our youngsters.
