Is that Alan Sneddon who played for Celtic and Hibs in the back row?

Just checked and it is. A few players who started with Larkie Thistle went onto to bigger things. Hugh  - or should that be Shug - Burns played for Rangers.

Right down the bottom on the right you can just see the headings for the League table with home and away results, goals etc listed separately to each other. . It seems to have gone out of fashion these days doesn't it , home and away results are all lumped together every time I look at a League table

In the above picture. Legendary Scottish referee ‘Tiny’ Wharton has just given two Celtic players a piece of his mind!😀

The wee blue cars are, of course,in the background! 😀

Jimmy Johnstone and Bobby Lennox?

On the subject of the blue disabled cars one of the guys I go to the games with was given a lift in one of them back in the day. At half-time in a game he got out of the car and ran across to one of the food stalls. Suffice to say he got some funny looks from those in the Shed End.

Unbelievable!  I never ever thought they would be in a football museum. Cheers Boyne

The Rising Sun. We are having a proper discussion and laugh, on these blue cars at the football in the days of yore!

This is one of the things that never ceases to amaze me about The Shed End!!😀

Certainly Jimmy Johnstone, not sure of the other player. Perhaps Stevie Chalmers?

Whoever he was, he would certainly know where he stood with ‘Tiny’ Wharton!😀

Johnstone looks like a little boy in the picture. I've seen clips of him,  the term ": tricky winger"  was made for him I reckon !

Yes, definitely Jinky. I think you're right about it being Stevie Chalmers.

Lest We Forget!

There were so many ‘near disasters’ throughout the history of football.

True.

The wall that collapsed at Orient when we played there could have ended in disaster.

Of course their chairman blamed Chelsea fans for it. .
