It is. Roy Aitken has the number 4 on his shorts and the player with his back to the camera is that great full-back, Danny McGrain. I think Moyes played only a few games for Celtic.

He did. I worked with someone who knew him really well. He was a guest of Davie Moyes a few times at Everton and Man Utd.

Told me it was a great experience.

And sometimes wore an Everton rain jackets or coat to work.

The then FA Secretary, Ted Crocker had tried to ban the Scottish supporters...

In a later interview, Ted Crocker told reporters that he actually had a framed picture of that banner in his office.

John Greig tried to sign Ally McCoist in 1981. McCoist went to Sunderland.

He finally signed him in summer 1983. McCoist took nearly 2 years to fully establish himself at Rangers and was rumoured to have been nearly out the door on two or three occasions.

Great picture Gough and Souness in the background and I think it's Willie Miller further back. After the goal Strachan tries to jump over the hoardings and fails. Ends up having to lean a leg on top of the hoarding.

Seem to remember Scotland didn’t really hit any heights in Mexico.

Both Denmark and West Germany were top sides to be fair.
