I think the OP really likes the guy. And from the little I've seen of him, I think he's decent enough to compete with Moses. 

If he's the next German RB then by all means go for him. Our scouts should have noticed him considering we're buying youths from all over the place

I thought Kimmich is playing RB for Germany/Bayern?

Do be fair we probably scout Germany less and more in places with high talent but not so good clubs like Belgium the case in Germany as with spain is you surrender all world class talent out of those countries to Bayern, real and Barca, so I think the scouts put less emphasis there.

Agree if that was the case, luckily they are moving ACN to the summers now I believe.
