Massive congratulation to Jessie Fleming in being an instrumental player to Canada winning the Olympic Gold Medal in Football.  Would love to know how much of that winning Chelsea mentality helped her on the national team drive to success.

 

May it be a start to a season full of trophies for Jessie and the other girls in Blue!

    Congrats to the Canadian women.   US women's team look like they have hit a wall and aged out.  

    Not sure how dominate they will be in the future now that other nations are investing in developing their women players.  Title IX only carried us so far.

    No she scored her penalty during the match and also in the shootout. Both good strikes.

    The penalty shootout itself was awful with Sweden scoring 2/6 and Canada obvs 3/6.
