Erik ten Hag's side are said to be currently leading the race for Mount, but they're still some way off meeting the west Londoners' valuation. According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are looking for £85million, while United price him at £55million.

To fill the discrepancy, The Sun have said that the Red Devils could include Harry Maguire as part of a player-plus-cash swap deal. And, it's fair to say that Chelsea fans aren't best pleased with United's negotiation techniques.

 

Got to agree with that... maybe it's a Sun wind up.

85 million for just Mount 

120 million for Mount with Maguire in return 

maybe we can utilise him as a target man 🤪

I read a few days ago United is planning to pay him off to get rid him off, so if he's part of the Mount deal the price should be 90M. This kind of rumour is not funny at all🙄
