The changes are usually marginal. Half a mill, a million at most. It's based on how popular (or otherwise) a choice a player is.

Haaland is £15m. That's the equivalent of two quality goal-scoring midfielders who earn 5 points per goal as against Haaland's 4 points. Therein lies the quandry.

That's exactly my thinking but I was skimming comments and tips somewhere and it said haaland accumulated 32 points in one gameweek last season!? 

I guess that's with bonus points because I didn't do the maths involved or know what chips, game, etc and I can't find that webpage anymore. It was early on when I was just figuring this all out. 

Can haaland or salah actually score that many points in one gameweek? Or was I seeing things. Lol

A player can score more than 32 points in a round but the stars need to be aligned. It requires (a) a number of goals; (b) the player to be your captain; and (c) you have played your "triple captain's points" wildcard for the round. Under those circumstances I've seen players earn up to 100 points.  But it's a very specific set of circumstances.

Hmmmm....ok. I'm going to wait till after Mondays games and I'll have a proper think. I'm soo tempted to start again. I should have read the scoring first, gggrrrr.

Blame the fantasy league website software. You can't delete a league from other years. This year's website has been overhauled and not for the better. Designed with AI software apparently. Impractical layout and full of bugs and glitches, the internet is full of complaints. Makes this place look like Positivity Central. I had to find a workaround to actually create the league.

At least acknowledge my © on the LLR©.

@Mod Cleaner to lock this one. Maybe sticky the new one for a couple of weeks. I'll try to add a link as well as the code. The new fantasy website - now powered by Copilot by Microsoft - is a toilet drawing a zillion complaints from users. They've managed to make it so user unfriendly.
