Sadly no. UEFa have said that if they believe the obligation is too way to meet they will deem it to be a permant transfer from the date of loan

FIFA rules actually permit a player to be registered with three clubs in a calendar year, but I believe UEFA have stated they will apply extra scrutiny where it is done through multi-club networks after the Savinho - CFG saga. Also worthwhile that both Villa and Chelsea are subject to UEFA sanction agreements so will nevertheless already be in for additional scrutiny on any mutual transfers. UEFA's test for "fair market value" is different to the Premier League's, and is reportedly more conservative.

The loan ruling is interesting. I assume that is because of the changes where UEFA's SCR rules apply across calendar years, to avoid loan agreements skirting reporting?

it came to me in a vision ( well the name suddenly came to me) it’s called a Bridge Transfer.

Bridge transfer

1. No club or player shall be involved in a bridge transfer.

It shall be presumed, unless established to the contrary, that if two consecutive

transfers, national or international, of the same player occur within a period of

16 weeks, the parties (clubs and player) involved in those two transfers have

participated in a bridge transfer.

The FIFA Disciplinary Committee, in accordance with the FIFA Disciplinary

Code, will impose sanctions on any party subject to the FIFA Statutes and

regulations involved in a bridge transfer.

Its funny seeing the mental goonies getting upset about our transfers again, completely ignoring that their own club used this themselves for Raya and hincapie last season.
