Headed to Al-Nassar in a swap for Felix. Felix to sign a 6 year deal on arrival.

I would take Felix back in a heartbeat over Garnacho. Felix is actually a good player. Garnacho had one good game against the team who finished rock bottom and that was his highlight.

Garnacho is the product of nowadays social media mixed with Man. United fans' complete delusion. Just like with Januzaj and so many others, that Man. United fan base is desperate to hype up every sh*t player they buy or produce, in spite of others telling them the opposite.

The fact we fell in this Garnacho trap and bought him when most of the Chelsea fan base could see he was a clown during his United days, is simply an insult to this club. Not only the Chelsea fans, though, but the whole England could see he is probably one of the most useless and overrated players to have played in this league.

He should be at least sold to balance the books, nevermind even making a £1 profit. Hopefully we find some fools this summer to buy him permanently.

Hmm, I'm dubious... 50m Euros (~£42.5m) seems overly optimistic for a player we've apparently just bomb-squaded. Also, it's weird to value him at slightly more than we bought him for after he's spent a year stinking the place up.

(I cropped off his gormless face - you're welcome)

All I am seeing is media types on Twitter saying something like "Garnacho and Chelsea relationship has collapsed, he will LEAVE this summer"........then they follow with how much we value him.

It's so transparent. We are trying to force interest by using the media. Nobody is stupid enough to bid £45m for a player we desperately want to get rid of. We're just lowering his value by constantly putting it out there that we want rid of him.

We should bind him up in duct tap, put a gag in his mouth and leave him outside Tottenham's training ground with a sign that says "free gift from all your Blue friends in SW6. Do not return to sender".

Sorry but they are both crap, and moves that should never happened

Agreed. They both seem to have attitude issues, albeit of different kinds: Garnacho comes across as irreverent (hubris?), while Felix has long been criticized for his work rate and intensity.

They're also very different players. Garnacho is much quicker and covers far more ground, whereas Felix is the more technically gifted player and can operate centrally as a CAM or left-sided AM.

The problem with both is that neither has shown enough to be a starter for a top club, yet their wages, expectations, and entourage seem to reflect that status.

I honestly thought Garnacho could develop into a much better player given his age, but not with that attitude.

I'm having trouble believing this story in its entirety. Why would the club allow him to miss training when it just lowers his value? They need him to be up and running and fit if he is to be sold at his best price. Allowing him to sit around stinking the place out is a terrible look and just reinforces the view he is trouble.

The club have either had a solid offer already or he is refusing to come into training. If its the former he should be sold quickly and if its the latter his wages should be stopped and he should be fined. Better still sack him for gross misconduct and sue him for damages.

Felix had his highlight against Noah. Both are crap - at least we have only signed Garnacho once. Thus far

Felix was brought in but rarely ever played in the league for us. When he played in the Conference League, he did well majority of games, then would be benched for the league games. He was not given much of a shot. Like I said, he is a talented player, that the manager just did not select much. Garnacho had many games in the league where he was starting, where he was absolutely sh*t 9/10 times,

In terms of PR, "Bomb squad" is worse for a player's value than "investigating exit options"

The fact he has been placed into the "investigating exit options" squad is a blessing...

All this because Joe Shields was doing Jason Wilcox a favour (City academy circle jerk mates), how these guys are still running the club is beyond comprehension. An absolute scandal. Andrea Santos deal reeks of moving the money around too, no other European club was making a move, that’s for sure.

The whole team is in "investigating exit options" squad.

Felix was a fake signing

Be interesting over the next few days to find out who these multiple clubs are that are interested in this guy. It's accepted that Roma are interested but they are Italian so they're broke and will want a loan deal. I think the multiple clubs is BS but let's see if there is any other movement from anywhere.

Joao Felix played 1,306 minutes in the league for Chelsea. 5G/A.

Garnacho played 1,268 minutes in the league for Chelsea. 5G/A.

Stop trying to twist it, they were both sh*t in equal measure.

Although we can all agree Garnacho isn’t great, I think it worth letting it sink in he was getting regular minutes over Gittens, who we are stuck with. Just a friendly reminder that as sh*t as we think it can be, it can always get sh*ttier.

I think Garnacho playing over Gittens had more to do with the latter missing a lot of time due to injuries. Not that I have big expectations on Gittens but he deserves a season to show what he's capable of. With Garnacho, we'd already known he was crap before he arrived.

Any serious manager would see how poor our options are on the wing and play a couple of inside 10's with the width coming from our full backs.

Isn't this his model anyway. This is exactly what i am expecting. Palestra and possibly this Chavarria fella are about getting up and down the outside and delivering. Palmer/Estevao, possibly Quenda in the right hand half space. At the moment possibly Gittens (If there is anything there) in the left hand half space. Possibly JP if we get a consistent dominant forwards. Possibly Jackson (hahahaha), a new signing that can play left hand side and drift in an dominant the half space
