Yves Ma-Kalambay is being pretty well received up here. He has prormed well for Hibs in pre-season and in their derby win tonight and Hibs are delighted with the signing so far.

not surprised loz...i saw him a few times for reserves and noticed last season he had really come on...shame he could never get a real chance but it's one of our strongest departments so it was right to let him go...good luck to him

Yeah, he is far too close in age to make it into the first team. Let's be honest, with Cech, Cudicini and Hilario as 3rd choice, you'd have to be the next Dino Zoff or Lev Yashin to even get a chance- on the bench!

And that he nose dived!! Makalamby had a game at the weekend that even Paul Robinson hasn't stooped to yet!! He had an absolute shocker and gifted two terrible goals.
