Lippi would be better than Grant (Well who f**king wouldn't??) but like you I would much rather us get a young manager in, but I don't know of any young managers that could be up to the job at the moment.

Italian guys did beautiful things at Chelsea, but we probably need somebody with at least a little bit Premier League experience. Mourinho was an interesting exception. Anyhow, give us anybody except Grant, please!

By the way, I am pretty sure that Serie A coaches are not under a smaller amount of pressure than the PL ones.

That actually is not a bad shout. Mark Hughes has proven that he is a very good manager at Blackburn Rovers, and would be a very good manager if selected to replace Avram Grant at Chelsea in the summer.
