  1. Miralem Sulejmani was born in Serbia, but he is of Albanian descent, I think. He can play as a striker, winger, or playmaker. In my opinion, he looks better as a creative midfielder. He does have a good vision of the field, and he is able to make quick, intelligent passes. In a few years he might be ready to lead a PL team to victories.
  2. I must admit that Huntelaar is very, very tempting to be seen in a Chelsea shirt. Somebody may predict the future and regard him as a striker that brings hope and fun on the field by scoring many goals, scoring in a clear, simple manner. Is there really a big company of clubs waiting to sign him? I don't think manc want to get him, as they already have Rooney and Tevez. And I don't think we will need him until we figure out what to do with our dissapointing army of strikers. Or maybe our club has a plan concerning that? I doubt it. From the side we look quite lost about managing our squad to perform at it's best by having every single player to learn his task.
  3. Not bad news at all, if right. Sulejmani plays for Heerenveen, and I try to follow the Dutch championship. He looks solid and ambitious there. He is less than 20 years old, didn't play extraordinary much there, but when given a chance looking impressive. His scoring ratio is great, especially for a midfielder. His style is similar to Totti, in my opinion. He adds to that some Balcanic passion.
  4. They are not going to leave anyway. I heard at the news that Ronaldinho talked to a lawyer or to an agent and he found a way to leave Barcelona with not too much financial damage from his further team. And it could be Real, the agent said. Well, I don't believe that this brazilian guy is as stupid as Figo was. I bet he doesn't want to see pig heads being throwed at him at Camp Nou. So the move to Chelsea might be realistic. I don't care what some others will say, and said already, but I believe he is the most gifted player nowadays, and he can do wonderful stuff in england.
  5. Absolutely agree with that. It proves that loving football doesn't only mean getting deadly drunk and talking garbage about the opposite side, but it's more about being intelligent and friendly in your passion. You can't love football by yourself, lonely. Being thoughtful and calm may help enlarging and strenghtening the football family, which is very important.
  6. What does the CFC-Arsenal statistics say about that?
  7. I think that one of the Turkish guys voted for Sheva. They probably try to creat some chaos inside our squad.
  8. Roberto Carlos? I have almost forgotten about this bald killer. Is he still quite attacking and powerful?
  9. Grant was useless yesterday, well ... useful to spurs. But it is not only his fault. Some players were horrible (Ferreira and A. Cole for example) I think some sort of football Ku Klux Klan should appear, to scare people like that.
  10. Sacking him at the end of the season, of course. And try to erase him from our memory as quick as possible. Well... Actually try to remember him again when giving a chance to somebody who is not qualifed for the job.
  11. Makelele. Nobody really shined this season, but this man is consistent and useful.
  12. Interesting mathematical elements here, but I really hope none of the players try to calculate what games they can afford not to win. I would be delighted to know that they enter the field eager to kill for a win in order to keep their place at such a great team. GO CHELSEA!
  13. It is going to be a very tough game, with several dangerous shots being fired towards our goal, and normally Cech would be the first choice to stop them. However, we have probably the most important game of the season this week-end. So, let Petr rest and let some of us finally have some faith in Carlo!
  14. By the way, I am pretty sure that Serie A coaches are not under a smaller amount of pressure than the PL ones.
  15. Lippi might be a good choice, but there are some other coaches on the market, so the decision should be very, very wise. Italian guys did beautiful things at Chelsea, but we probably need somebody with at least a little bit Premier League experience. Mourinho was an interesting exception. Anyhow, give us anybody except Grant, please!
  16. Good. Now we will fight Barcelona or Manchester in the finals. Turkish fans are going to do that soon:
  17. With half of the teams English, I have strong feeling that we are going to face one of them in the quarter finals. let it be... let's say Liverfool. and then arsenal in the semi finals.
  18. Might this be the turning point in winning the title? I hope so.
  19. I feel a winning game, about two goal difference.
  20. One of the most important presences in the squad. Big goalkeeper, big heart!
  21. In my opinion, Rijkaard would be almost perfect for Chelsea. He is the type of manager that has got the "it" thing to make a team play with confidence and imagination, and to bring some important titles. He actually might be better than the previous dutchman. Somebody said that when Barcelona won CL and Primera they had some extraordinary players. Well... Chelsea also has quite a few.
  22. Saving penalty kicks is all about experience and luck. Great goalkeepers almost always intimidate the player that shoots. Give Cech some time. He proved many, many, many times that he is worth the chance to be a Stamford Bridge heroe.
