The Brit
they blow another title, wenger has suffered humiliating 4-0 and 5-1 defeats to united and spurs respectively to be knocked out of the two cup competitions and the frenchman is still the greatest thing in the world! yes our friend james lawton, mysteriously the sports writer of the year, has his tongue so firmly up whinger's arse he must be able to taste the honey he had for breakfast or something...scroll down to the second part of his column, but I warn you it might make you http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/foot ... 00246.html
youlots
Puerile stuff indeed. However, I'm kind of glad that the press are getting behind Wenger at the moment because I really want Le Arse to keep playing the way they are at present cos I think we've got their measure at the moment and their rather thin squad and injuries means Wenger has less options. And because of our style of game I desperately want to meet Le Arse in the semis of the CL rather than the filth (just thinking about another round of games against the filth in the CL gives me the fear!). So the way I see it is that Le Arse should keep playing the football extraordinaire - beat the filth over 2 legs (as long as the filth either draw with them or beat them in the weekend PL fixture between the 2 legs) and I don't want Wenger to have more pressure on him than he has already which could translate into changing his present formation. I can't remember much that Adebayor did on the weekend much less Fabregas can you?
coco
Read some proper tabloid journalism our kid ! Gallas sparks Gunners revolt ARSENAL players are angry with skipper William Gallas for his criticism of Theo Walcott and his Birmingham sit-in. And some believe it has contributed to the Gunners’ slide in the Premier League title challenge. SunSport revealed how Gallas attacked winger Walcott, 19, for being “too predictable”. His criticism came on the back of his bizarre tantrum at St Andrew’s, where he sat crying in the opposition half after the final whistle, following a late Brum penalty which cost his side two points. A further three draws and a defeat at Chelsea have followed — leaving Arsene Wenger’s men in third, six points adrift of Manchester United. One Arsenal star’s representative said: “William has not behaved the way a captain should and has lost respect among some of the players. “He went round all of them in front of the cameras before the Chelsea game trying to gee them up but some think it was a bit phoney.” Gallas, 30, is refusing to throw in the towel as far as the title race is concerned. The French defender said: “It will be difficult for us to come back — but we have to. “We must play until the end of the season and then see. “Maybe United can drop some points because of the Champions League. “They can be tired, Chelsea too. “We have to give everything until the end. “Why do we have to be down? Football is like this. Sometimes you are angry, sometimes you are not angry. “You never know, you can be back. They can lose some points. “We have to be ready for the next game and do not give up. “We can still win it. It is not finished yet so we have to believe.”
youlots
Much better article by McCarra on Le Arse/Wenger's present woes in today's Guardian. Too much of a ludite however to know how to paste it in here.
BLUENUT
How can your skipper lecture about mental strenght when he sit's on the halfway line crying??? The Birmingham game was their version of our 'Blackburn away' a few years ago, but they just couldn't come thru it! It is and will prove to be a turning point in their season! MURDOCH_(8)
Did anyone see Gallas in the tunnel before sundays game? He kept trying to play mind games when our players went up to say hi to him. Ignoring everyone basicly, What a c**t! The funniest bit was when Maka went up to say hi to him and gallas just ignored him and Maka just pushed him and laughed right at him

evissy
Gallas is a great player but he is a huge cu*t. Chin up and not least one bit professional. He seemed to have burned all his bridges among Chelsea players. Arrogant b*stard and really naive.
