I've just read this in today's Observer....had to reread it several times, what a joke.Plus there are 9 groups of six, top two going thru.with the third placed team going thru with others playing off, but its not clear how it will work in France's group as their results don't count!! Platina has lost the plot on this one, increasing the tournament from 16 to 24 was bad enough but this is ridiculous.

Just hope we come thru unscathed, they can be a bit physical and the conditions look to be awful.

There's a YTube clip of a guy asking Chelsea fans outside the Bridge what that think of certain players who might be targets. In every case, the player is fictional. The answers our fans give, and their knowledge of these non existent players is embarrassing ly cringeworthing. What makes it worse is that it is a Man. Utd fan set up on us. I wish he had asked me, he would have got a kick in the bollocks.
