They should not bid more, we should bid more. 50m£ is of course ridiculous, but if we can get him somewhere in the middle (+- 35m£), it would be a good deal. With his talent, his age and him being homegrown, it's not an unreasonable price tag. If you see what we paid for fokking Cuadrado, 35m£ for Sterling is a good deal.

Zidane at his best would be worth more than 70m today. Also, you are comparing Zidane at his best with Pogba who is only 22 years old and still has many years to grow before he reaches his peak. If you consider his age, his current level and his talent, 60m£ isn't even that bad of a price.

Of course he does, but if we loan him for a year, he can fight for his spot and if he isn't good enough he'll just end up being our #3 striker and after a year we can let him go. Bamford however is our youth player, we are trying to develop him. If he ends up sitting on the bench for most of the year, you can say goodbye to his development.

But Bamford wants to play. If he stays as a third striker behind Costa and Remy, he's not gonna play many games and i don't think he would like that. I'd rather see him go on loan to a Premier League club and come back next year when he can fight for the 2nd striker spot.

Why is it a stretch? It's basically RLC saying he's injured versus Mourinho who said in his interview that he doesn't believe RLC was injured but just isn't committed and doesn't want to work for it. I don't know how you call that, but in my book, that's calling somebody a liar.

I don't understand this attack on RLC, he's a young lad, if you have a problem with him, have a word with him in private. You don't attack him like this in the press. He's basically calling him a fraud and a liar. Normally he does everything he can to take the attention away from his players but now he openly attack one of them? I don't get it.

The thing with this rumour is that you can't rule it out. Who knows how Costa feels. It might just be true.
