I don't think there's any real shame going out that group by the way, Shaktar and Juve are fantastic teams, and whilst it obviously would have been amazing to progress, we can keep our heads held high IMO. 10 points is a very impressive tally, and afaik in every other group would have seen us progress.

Really silly question, but did I hear right that the CL trophy is going back within 2 hours? That's a shame, I was hoping to do the thing with the stadium tour where club members get a free photo! D:

I know it's a different competition, and entirely different circumstances, but us winning the Cup Winners Cup (Zola!!) is one of my favourite footballing memories, if Shaktar don't do us a huge favour tonight, I really hope we go all out and try to win the Europa Cup.

It's great to hear Robbie's name still being sung by all of the fans, but instead of the "f**k off Benitez, you're not wanted here" chant why not sing Mourinho's name? Make it really clear to Roman who we want. Make it clear to Roman that we want Mourinho. Make it clear to Mourinho we want him back. It probably won't work, but it's worth a shot.

Moses was okay until Rafa too him off I guess? Mata mostly played well, nice finish for the goal and so close with the free kick too. Cole and Azpi looked like they cared at least.
