I dont think it's slim, he fits perfectly in what Sarri wants from his midfielders, especially in a 4-3-3. Ruben will play

I am not expecting CHO to play a lot, But RLC 100% will, he isn't a youth player anymore, the dude will potentially be a starter for england at the world cup, i doubt that Sarri will ignore him if he plays well during pre season and the world cup. Mount might go out on loan, but who knows, maybe he will impress Sarri enough in pre season to stick around

Well Pirlo wasn't exactly an exceptional athlete either. I would like us to sign another midfielder like Weigl, but i wont be surprised to see fabregas play effectively as a starter and excel under Sarri

Question to the Napoli fan in here, do you think that Fabregas can play the same role that jorginho does for you guys? If so, what do you guys think about this formation Courtois Azpi-Rudiger-Christensen-Emerson Fabregas Kante-Ruben Loftus Cheek New RW( Would like to see CHO here)- New striker( Assuming Morata will leave)- Hazard

Sarri
Like i said in previous posts, everybody deserves some share of the blame, but its making me mad how suddenly we are absulote idiots for firing a manager that was A) Underperforming B) Bringing a gigantic amount of negativity to the club and C) Picking up fight with players left right and centre. That is what is doing my head in, we gave him until the end of the season to fix the mess that we were in( something he was a big part of) and he failed at that. We are doing the correct thing this time around, we gave him time( more than any manager had previously), he didnt deliver(i am not talking about winning the title here), time to switch things up( and boy am i excited to see sarri here)

Elseid Hysaj
LOL, you think that a player that has been with Sarri everywhere he has been and would cost 50M euros would be shipped out on loan? But anyway, i dont want him, purely because we have Azpi, but Hysaj is top class

Sarri
Bollocks that their first team is superior, Son is not that good, the only real top class player at Tottenham are Eriksen and Kane, but you wanna know what the difference between us and them is? Their manager isnt married to a certain formation, and actually plays a system to their strenghts, thats why they look better than they are, thats why players like Moses and Alonso looked good last year( i have to say that i have never been impressed by either), but Conte failed to adapt to the circunstances sorrounding him, and instead of adapting, he moaned non stop about a situation he couldn't change, and WE have suffered as a result. He needs to go

Sarri
I thoroughly disagree Conte is to blame for a lot of things, mainly for, no rotation( Emerson who IMO is a better player than Alonso, only started one match until the last month of the season, for a manager who can't stop complaining about squad depht , that is unacceptable), terrible squad morale, no plan B( his plan A also, is too negative and doesnt go down well with a lot of players), lack of subs( barely using players like RLC last season and Bats this season) and not to mention moaning in public. I am 100% convinced that had Conte fixed some of these problems last season, we would have finished in the top 3, but he didn't and somehow he is the biggest victim of our board and our players are 100% to blame and Conte is free of all the blame??? A lot of things didnt go according to plan last season, but Conte was not good at his job last season and for me, he has to go.

Sarri
Yeah right, our squad is 200% good enough for top 4, and the football we played was absolutely unacceptable in my eyes and he CLEARLY had a lot of problems with a lot of players. He is a good manager, but he is absolutely not the Messiah that every Chelsea fan suddenly thinks he is simply because he is leaving( because he wants to leave as well BTW) Losing 3-0 to newcastle, losing at home against Tottenham, bournemouth, watford, the sh*t results go on and on, and even though he was not the sole responsible for these losses, the manager is the face of the team, and his mood, Cowardice( yes, cowardice) and negativity clearly affected the whole team, not to mention his constant whining to the media. So, for me, thanks for the trophies, he was a good manager for us, but i am f**king relieved to see the back of him

Sarri
Honestly, i feel like a lot of people here( and in football forums in general) just regurgitate whatever they hear and then post it as gospel or some sh*t like that, like claiming that Sarri is a serial loser( seriously, i've read that) without even considering the context behind the facts, which just leads to a mass of spread out BS's and dumb, uninformed opinions. Also, if that's the best that Bakayoko has he can f**k right off tomorrow, high potential player my backside, never seen a player with so little technique become a great player( just had to let it out, cant take hearing people singing his praises and raving on and on about his so called potential( which he doesnt have BTW))

Emerson is clearly a quality player, and if we are being honest, Alonso, whilst a good player, doesn´t do enough outside of his freekicks and ocasional goal for me, Emerson has the potential to be the best LB/LWB in the premier league, which is why i want him to play as much as he can, even though he will have his poor games ocasionally

What? Thrashing Alonso is definitely not a habit of mine, but i do think that Emerson is better

Nobody has been good, but he atleast looks like he gives a sh*t, also he has been better than 80% of the team today. Alonso would be murdered down that left hand side if he was playing

Honestly, the only players that look like they are even trying are Tbo, Christensen, Azpi, Kante and Emerson, the rest have been absolute embarassments
-
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
This is a bad argumento, yes, his goals scoring output can improve, but he should have AT LEAST 6-7 more assists than he has, because Benteke has missed at least 6 absolutely shocking chances that Ruben has put on a plate for him. He scores that, and suddenly Ruben's numbers look great. Which is exactly why statistics without context mean absolutely nothing. Ruben creates chances , he Just happens to have an absolute donkey in front of him to finish those chances off

- Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
Also, the odds of Conte staying are low, so i am not too worried about what Conte might do, because i know he will be gone. Sarri though, is going to love Emerson if he comes, he looks exactly the type of player he loves and is actually pretty similar to Ghoulam- Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
nope, Alonso is one of the least dynamic players on the squad, and he cant dribble for sh*t and his passing is not that good either. One position that i do think he would be able to shine though, would be as a CB in our back 3- Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
Can´t wait until he is completely settled in the side and we see this Emerson, his ability to dribble out from the back and beat a press is going to be huge for us- Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
Of course he is the real deal, i was absolutely BAFFLED by the amount of people calling him an underwhelming signing or calling him a sub or an average player, this guy has all the tools to be the best LB/LWB in the game. In fact, he was quite clearly my first choice for the position, even ahead of Sandro, though that was probably because of his age. He is an example of good scouting, and we should be targeting a RB with similar qualities,(dribbling, speed, crossing and good awareness)- Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
If he starts and plays well today( of course he will play well, he always does), do you guys think he will be given a longer run in the side even after Alonso is back? He certainly deserves it- Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Pretty sure he will stay here for good. He is 27 years old now, and for the fee he would command, Madrid wont touch him IMO. I think they will either go for Kane, or Salah, if they dont go for Neymar, but i genuinely don´t think they will come for Eden. The time has passed for that IMO- Random Rumours
Absolutely unbelievable that we are not going after him, i will be so f**king sad if he goes to city - Welcome Emerson Palmieri!
