Watched an episode of My Kind of Town on Thursday. It was about Larkhall in Lanarkshire. Larkhall is a town I know well and it was great to see some of the local sights and hear from the locals. One or two are well-known characters. My late Dad was born there and I have aunts, uncles and cousins. One of my cousins and his wife run a cafe in Larkhall and my cousin's wife was briefly interviewed. @Larky Blue Have you seen the programme?

One aspect from last night i forgot to mention.
After the television and online media made a point of noting that a "period of silence" was held at Anfield that was impeccably observed by most fans (surely an oxymoron if ever i heard one), i was waiting with baited breath for the plaudits for the Stamford Bridge crowd comprising both Chelsea and Salzburg fans literally, sorry once again LITERALLY not making one sound throughout a full minutes silence.
Not a mention. Surprising that!
To all of you that attended and conducted yourselves so admirably typically, thank you for representing all of us apparent racist, homophobic, nazi Chelsea thugs.
You were all a credit to the club.

A couple I know from Stonehouse were at the game on Saturday and were in the Westview.  A guy I know is a ST holder in the Westview but is hoping to move to the Matthew Harding Upper next season due to the price increases.
Barry is going to send me one of the scarves. Looking forward to wearing it. Must visit Larkhall in the close season. A breakfast in the Bleachfields and then next door to Curly's for a few beers.

If we were to play a CL match on Tuesday, the Villa game may be moved to an earlier kick off time or even the Friday night to give us more time to prepare.

Hi mate, hopefully the problem can be fixed by tomorrow. Bloody annoying that it's late in the day to let people know.

Furthermore, why did they proceed to sell tickets to members/general sale for the game when they must have known full well there was a risk that ST holders who had effectively already bought and paid for a ticket, would not be able to attend due to their balls up in the MHL. 
They should have held seats back in other areas of the stadium to accommodate those in the effected areas of the MHL. 
Utter shambles.

Hi mate. hope to get up the road soon and take in a game at Ibrox and visit Curly's. I heard that Barry is now running Larkhall True Blues. Derek was at the game today. I saw some of his photos on Facebook. Enjoy Belfast. I suspect there will be a few bears there. Nothing yet on the Chelsea website about tickets.
