Welcome Ross Barkley
I beg to differ; Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic, Barkley, RLC find me a team with a better 5 CM's overall than that? Especially on current form
-
Welcome Ross Barkley
Kovacic should be rotating with Kante I feel as they both play similar, and Barkley rotating with RLC. That way all our midfielders are happy

Antonio Conte to Real Madrid?
He was a bit of an asshole, but Conte's first season here was huge. He single handedly changed the way most of the league played their football with 3 at the back and won the league so i'll always have respect for him in that regard.

Mateo Kovačić
Just let Hazard speak to Courtois on how life in Madrid is treating him, then Hazard will never think about Madrid ever again. Especially after just getting drubbed 5-1 by Barca who didn't even have Messi playing, currently leaving them either 9th or 10th in the league

Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Fair point, but aside from todays game where Willian played well, Im more inclined to give RLC a shot over him based on recent form. Or at least worst case scenario even if Willian starts, then RLC is the sub to come when he comes off
-
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Definitely, its a massive bonus that they are both still young and yet to reach their primes. But i have the slight fear that we are already becoming too reliant on Kante and Jorginho, so it would be reassuring knowing if one of them was missing that they can step up to the plate
-
Mateo Kovačić
Arguably the best overall midfield in world football currently
-
-
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Exactly, the current form they are in is amazing for both, but now we just have to see how they play with each other with one of Kante/Jorginho is unavailable. Only then will be truly be able to see how good they are

Man of the Match - Burnley Vs Chelsea (PL 2018)
Even since his Napoli days I have seen him as a modern day Pirlo. Of course he is not quite at that same level et, but he sure as hell can be very soon!
-
Alvaro Morata
Quite amazing that he only scored 1 goal this game because he had a sh*t ton of chances! But his overall play was still very good and I hope he can keep this up. Sarri has worked wonders, truly hope he stays for a long time
-
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
was the Pedro injury a blessing in disguise? Surely this will allow RLC to get some more games if the Pedro injury lasts long enough.
-
Mateo Kovačić
I agree, but I also feel this healthy competition is good for our midfield. Im just thinking if we can potentially also swap out Jorginho/Kante (to get them some well deserved rest) for one of these 3, instead of RLC, Barkley and Kovacic all fighting for 1 spot

Welcome Ross Barkley
He's only getting better and better, and with the recent for form of RLC and Jorginho and Kante already being 2 of the best players in the world in heir respective positions (if not the best in Kante's case) and not to mention the class of Kovacic.. I think you can make a case for Chelsea possibly having the best MF in world football atm? Hard to see any team be as good as us in terms of MF when you take into account the benched players as well.. City come close but I think we have the edge. Only other teams that can make a case currently are probably Barca
