......and I see old friend WalterWhite is spewing his usual anti woman rhetoric again...…..true colors shine through. Over the years, we've been done by sh*t refereeing enough times...…...all of them males. Being male does not make you a better referee. Ovrebo, Clattenburg, Atkinson, and Dean are all men. A referee won't be worse because she happens to be female. She'd be worse because of her performance. Expecting her to be bad before the game because she is female is very short sighted. As mentioned earlier, if a woman (or, as WalterWhite has called her, "that stupid Russian woman") can run our club, a woman can certainly referee a match.

Two Transfer Window Ban?
How utterly convenient...……..

Callum Hudson-Odoi
If they keep Tweeting this made up rubbish, one of these Twitter idiots is going to be correct at some point. And then they can tell the world that they got it right. Which is really all they want.

Half a BILLION war chest.
Spend half of the "war chest" on Kane. Or Salah. I'm not really interested in another foreign striker who may not adapt to the Premier League style of play, refereeing, or defending, or who will get homesick after his first year with us.

Two Transfer Window Ban?
It's also possible that City's punishment being light reflects the fact that they reportedly admitted their offenses, whereas we denied and appealed.

This is a great interview. He seems to be such a great, level headed lad. Reece James Interview

Super Frank Lampard
Sure, we have some talented young players and a somewhat inexperienced coaching staff. The minimum requirement should be that they develop, so that they are demonstrably better at the end of the season than they are now. The goal is to get RLC, CHO, Mount, Tomori, James, Pukisic all playing well together so they develop and are positioned for stardom next season. Even if we were to finish 10th, I don't think we brought in Cech and a cohesive coaching staff who know Chelsea just so we could spend £300 million and fire Frank for Allegri. We don't have a proven goal scorer, and our leading scorer has left. And out defense is shaky. Let's be realistic, allow things to develop, and have some patience.

Super Frank Lampard
The manager Frank is today will not be the manager Frank is at the end of the season, next year, or the year after. He's going to make mistakes, and learn from them. This year is on-the-job-training. He's developing his managerial skills in the same way that Mount, Tomori, Pulisic, CHO, James are developing their games. It's unrealistic to think that Frank would walk in and have a feel for how to manage games, when to make subs, how to prepare game plans, etc. The prevailing mentality is that most people wanted Frank & Jody, and most people wanted to see youth come through. Well, we have that. We were not able to buy players. Lower the expectations, let them develop, and stop freaking out because we lost our first match of the season 4-0 to United. We were missing five important players: Willian, Rudiger, CHO, RLC, James. And let's not forget that we lost the league's best player and our leading scorer without a direct replacement. Everyone preached patience up until yesterday. Sarri got us into a good position last season, despite all the negativity and inflexibility.

watching season in USA?
Liverpool have USA owners. NBC couldn't stop talking about Pulisic. That game will be a featured match on NBCSN.

Tammy Abraham
Exactly right. Seems to be a lot of Chelsea fans who a month ago believed we should have low expectations with a new manager, young players, and a transfer ban have suddenly become very impatient.

Zouma - If Kurt's Happy, I'm Happy!
My observation is that Zouma has always looked tentative with a ball at his feet. His passing is very deliberate, as id he is always trying to be perfect with the weight and location. It's not a natural or confident passing technique. But the lack of confidence while defending yesterday was not like it was when he was here before the injury, and not like the times I saw him play for Everton last season. If Liverpool play a strong lineup in Turkey, and Zouma plays like that again, he may be eaten alive. The question is, do you risk the kid's confidence by replacing him after one bad game? What if Tomori is still out of his depth? What if Rudiger gets hurt again? We need Zouma so it's important for the coaches to work with him and get him right. If the ban holds, we can't buy a replacement until next summer.

watching season in USA?
NBCSN shows most games. So you have a choice on their networks: NBCSN, CNBC, NBC local affiliate. 75% of the time, they'll show Chelsea. For the others, I do the subscription and stream on the ROKU through the NBC sports app. The app works from a laptop or Apple TV or any streaming device with access to the app as well. Yes, it sucks paying for a streaming service for a few games, but the Premier League is on in my house every Saturday & Sunday morning & afternoon. So we are always watching a game. We're Chelsea first & foremost, but we're football junkies. Champions League, Carabao Cup, FA Cup, etc were on ESPN+ or Bleacher Report Live or Fox last year. So yes, more streaming could be needed based on your interest. Bleacher Report had an option to pay per game, so you didn't have to buy a full season subscription. I don't see where you live, so a local chapter of Chelsea in America may be near you and they would gather at a local pub to watch the game. Boston has a great venue for that, and NBCSN did a Premier League Mornings show from here last season. To summarize, you do have access to pretty much every match we'll play this season.

Danny Drinkwater
Well, if they're worthless it's hard to see why anyone else would want to pay money for them.
