  1. Looking forward to his meeting with Sterling ahead of the Euro. Absolutely bossed that right side. Maybe I've missed but I'd pay for images of the whiny sob crying while Reece stands tall in front of him with the trophy and his medal. Though he'd be carded by the ref for the way he complained all throughout the game for his failures to win any kind of duel against Reece.
  2. I wish I had the energy to go back to every single post and give it a proud blue heart. We've all deserved it. Congrats on reaching that landmark as well.
  3. You lost me at Tottenham. No, but seriously, I understand where you're coming from, as it works quite similar here in Brazil with our superstars like Neymar or prospects like Vinícius Jr or Reinier. They (the media, fans, former players) just won't stop bombarding the player with all that crap about carrying the nation on their shoulders even if the situation is ideal for them to thrive. Neymar leaving Barcelona to be the alpha on Paris is a sign of that. Had he stayed there he'd probably have won the CL another time. I hope Pulisic is smarter than that and stays, improves his game and fight for his place. Whoever thinks TT is selecting Werner on the sole reason of his nationality isn't watching the games or thinking tactically at all. Both players had major f*ck ups this season, Puli's been a shadow of himself, running into walls, not being efficient on the counter (just like tonight), so it's not really a case of favourites here. Had he scored that opportunity tonight we'd be all praising him for killing the game, yet once again he failed to do so (just like Werner).
  4. Can we get this renamed to SUPER GROUNDWORKER FRANK LAMPARD and remove the sacked part?
  5. Jorginho was so happy he couldn't even find the words to describe the feeling. He mentioned the ups and downs, the criticism, but that he worked his pants off and like THE KING had said prior to the game, he believed! He kept believing and that's the result. Jorginho has his flaws like pretty much every single player, but he's one of us! As a fellow Brazilian I'm so so happy for him!!!
  6. LOOOOOL All those hotshots look soooooo disappointed to present us the trophy CHAMPIONS OF EUROOOOOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
  7. I feel it's about time to ask... How cozy is your toilet?
  8. Let's get that gundogan prick sent off early
  9. For all of you criticizing Timo, just think of him as the fly on @DarkMata TV 🤣
  10. Yet another proof that Gol is indeed Jorginho! Come on mate! Have a brilliant game for us all!!! I'm expecting the most lethal partnership to strike again in Jorgi & Timo
  11. People proudly showing their kits, and they're all oh so lovely, but come on people, we're all adults here... WHERE ARE ALL THE SOCKS??!!!
  12. And when a Spanish club did face a Spanish club in the CL and EL finals it's still at 100%. They just never lose! (Just joking obv, that's some neat stat you got there! Pretty amazing feat for the Spanish sides)
  13. Get him and Timo on the same team and we're the most likeable team during interviews in the whole world really. Seems like a great lad, lots of character. Hoping TT will give him a fair chance next season, although I do like all our players at the back, I even forgive Zouma's occasional clumsiness when he's such a great guy really.
  14. Bit of a random speculation from my part, but what are the chances of Super Frank going for the Wolves job? I don't know much about their contract situations, yet they have interesting players in Jimenez, Podence, Traore... It's not exactly a dream job and they sucked badly this season, but don't see them threatened for relegation next season, even if some of their Portuguese players follow Nuno out. That way he can hone his skills at will at PL level without having major expectations, plus they don't mind spending during the windows.
  15. I just hope Lille doesn't get Bayerned by PSG and manage to keep their best players (unless they're selling to us). Juventus failures are also great for Italian football in general, a shame they managed to get CL after all. Maybe the league loses a bit of its marketability without Ronaldo, but the overall the league will get better, hopefully. Now it's up to us to end City's reign starting from next season!
  16. Oh ffs, spare me the thought! Get back to scoring! 🤣 Although... On a second thought... Nah.
  17. On that leadership topic, I wonder who we could get to "instantly" solve that problem. Someone similar to Ballack, who was regarded as WC and also the leader of his team & nation. I can see Kane, but he hasn't won anything yet... Who else? Maybe Kessie... Any thoughts?
  18. You don't think we'd score? It would be a scary team. I'd bet anything that @Valerie scores a screamer with the sheer power of her socks and that @Malta Blue + @Munkworthwould combine for the OG goal of the season. With @Gol15 completing the most passes in the game 😙✌️
  19. I get where you're coming from, but honestly we've been saying the exact same thing for a few seasons now. We've not been up to our usual standards in Roman's era, but barring City, the 2010 decade has been full of teams struggling to get consistency in the league. Even United, which was almost unthinkable during Ferguson's reign. We sure as hell made our lifes difficult at times, but hopefully we'll hit our stride and a little bit of stability after what's been years of "transition" to a possession system.
  20. Nevermind the goals, look at those beauties they're wearing! 😍 I just love the 01 onwards kits (Umbro/Fly Emirates) and the Adidas/Samsung partnership was great as well.
  21. I wouldn't be too concerned about this. To me it shows that we're dealing with every sort of strategy our opponents come up with it and that it takes some major blunder or wonderstrike to score against us. Obviously slip ups happen now and then, they just happened to be very close to one another in this particular run of games and maybe could've been avoided with less rotation, a match fit Kova, Mendy on goal for Tielemans goal, etcetera... It's impossible to completely nullify our opponents, but we're doing a great job at it.
