Well, I totally disagree. These worldclass strikers score their goals no matter who is on the bench. Mbappe scored tons of goals with Tuchel as his coach on the bench. Kane was doing this with Mourinho, Pochettino or Conte. And the same we can now watch with Haaland, that this guy is scoring in Bundesliga, Premier League or on the moon. The problem with our transfers is: we dont have a worldclass striker like Haaland here. So I cannot prove you wrong and you cannot prove me wrong.

I think Barcelona needs the £18m because otherwise they cannot register Kounde. So it is highly probable that this transfer will go through.

Tapsoba is one of the best CBs in Bundesliga and Portuguese international player. So he is young and still can develop and improve. At the moment he is of course not in the same league like Rüdiger or Koulibaly but he is one step ahead of Chalobah. But I think Leverkusen will request around 50 or 60 m euros for him and this will be too much for him IMO.

well, in this transfer window Boehly and Tuchel have the excuse that the change of ownership was a massive disadvantage in the transfer business. but in the winter transfer window there will be no excuses any more.

It seems that we will keep Chalobah OR Ampadu. I would prefer to keep Chalobah. I am not sure about Ampada as a backup CB. And like many have said here before. In this season with a World Cup during the season in Qatar it is highly probable that the "backup" CBs will get a lot of time on the pitch.
