Unable to make a decision when it matters! The blame is with the manager I must admit

I think most Chelsea fans don't like him because they perceive him as being anti-social. He's a great talent and can be important for us but he's not the same after the injury and is slowly building himself back now. He did score some important goals last season I still rate him ahead of Werner & Pulisic though. I think he could be a crucial player with Lukaku.

Unlucky too. He looked lively & was close to breaking the deadlock for us. I wouldn't be too harsh. He's motivated to prove a point. But the should injury has hurt him alot.

Can be applied to the whole team with the exception of Mendy & Lukaku! Simply not a champion caliber team folks. Don't know how to put it any other way.

Like I said before it's going to be a long season of anger & despair!

Under what tactics though? I think the real issue is there is not enough tactics & ability to make a change when necessary. We can't just loft it in & hope Lukaku converts it. To beat city you have to eliminate their midfield & wingers & disrupt their rhythm. You do that by sitting back & playing long balls. Not going at their rhythm & not playing end to end football. The players were woeful but Tuchel should have seen what needed to be done.

Sure we were due but I often wonder what are Tuchel's tactics sometimes. When games get tough I don't see any changes of tactics. So far and this isn't a criticism but we've been very lucky under Tuchel. I don't understand the tactics sometimes and how we're making any adjustments. Am I the only one that thinks the rotation of players does more harm than good. I just think players should be played on merit and not rotation.

I don't see Havertz & Werner being that pivotal this season with Lukaku upfront. I would say it's a toss up based on competition & injuries. Lukaku is the only one guaranteed a start in my eyes

The arrogance is breathtakingly absurd! There are players that have played 300 times at senior level & couldn't out play some of the younger talents we have. Wow.

I think we lost the midfield battle in the second half understandably so. Would like to see more creativity in the middle. Other than that well done especially with 10 men.
