Spending on infrastructure isn't included in FFP I think I'm right in saying.

That's probably true of a lot of councils. The Council will no doubt argue that there first obligation is to the residents rather than to the club unless Chelsea can prove that extra events and more people will bring additional revenue to area to ease the inconvenience of road closures. Saying that, given the poor standard of - and the high cost - of food and drink in Stamford Bridge people may want to eat and drink in pubs, cafes etc in the area. It would be nice if as part of the redevelopment of the ground the standard of food and drink improved.
As we all know from looking at the history of Stamford Bridge a number of different sports have been played there with the most recent being American Football in the nineties. American Football has been played at Spurs' stadium and Baseball at West Ham's ground and it may be that there are contracts in place with the governing bodies of those sports to prevent them being played elsewhere in London. As for music events, there may well be restrictions on those especially covering noise limits. As far as I know the only large scale music events place in the area was the Earl's Court Stadium but of course that was in doors.
As for the club moving to Earl's Court, can't see that happening given the demand for more housing in London.

In all fairness I think Poch does really like him and it was looking like he was going to be a key player for us this season with Poch playing him as much as Palmer. A shame that the injury derailed things so badly, but very happy to see him back. Really like him as a player

What they both need is a full season in the premier league starting week in and week out. Why recall Hutchinson back here just so he can sit on the bench? Its such a waste, and this how we've wasted a lot of talent in the past.
Fofana as well has only been in the prem 2 months.. Give him a full season in the prem playing regular football. Burnley are going down, but given how well hes played a prem loan should be easy

Hideous player that we never should have signed in the place. Made to look FAR better than he is in the City team which create countless chances every game, so he could afford to miss 5 each game and still bags 1. Fully blame Tuchel for this awful transfer and most of that initial first summer window.
Need to find a way to get rid of those awful wages, im praying Saudi come in with a offer that he cant refuse.

Saudi can save us I think, hes still at a decent age for that league and is a big name. I dont think hes a Muslim though so may not be ideal for him personally,  but when huge money comes knocking would he say no?

All of this "you don't know what it means to be a fan" is complete horsesh*t. You don't get to tell match going fans that spend hundreds of pounds and travel up and down the country how to voice their disappointment. They make massive commitments in their life to follow the team, they have every right to boo a player they feel isn't repaying that commitment.
Are you going to tell the Dortmund, Galatasary, Flamengo fans that they don't know what it means to be a fan? They will boo their players much more severely if they feel their player isn't 100% committed to the shirt. I don't want a player that is only playing for himself, and that is what I feel we are getting from Sterling. I don't like booing players that are playing bad but trying their best for the team, but I don't see that from Sterling. His actions tell me he is playing for himself.
What happened yesterday wasn't a reaction to one moment, it's a reaction to seeing a player consistently be selfish throughout the season. He didn't help himself by showing the exact same selfishness literally one game before. That compounded things and the fans had enough of it. Why do you expect the fans to clap like seals when a player is constantly putting himself before the team?

Just look at the minutes Madueke has played compared to everyone else in this list, and he's got 5 goals this season which is impressive. 
What concerns me is if the kid doesn't score or grab an assist right off the bat he gets subbed off, whereas other players can put in average performances and stay the full 90 every single time. I don't think him and Mudryk are getting fair treatment. It's time we start giving these two more of a chance before the season runs out. Plenty of games to play, Sterling isn't cutting the mustard anymore he needs benching. 

Come on Poch, yesterday's game couldn't have been a bigger message to you that we need to change it up a bit. 

And I'm yet to be convinced that he doesn't deserve a decent run of games. I say again, he does far more good things than bad. His goal today was a genuine goal of the season contender. The run, the physical power, the finish. 
Madueke, Mudryk and Chucky should all be used by Poch far more often than they are.

Cracking goal, and not the first time this season either. Kid gets some stick but there's definitely a player there.

Poch needs to give this kid the love, the minutes and the patience he gives Sterling.
He has way more good moments than bad moments and he will only get better. Decent finisher too.

I'd rather have somebody who creates, scores and presses a bit (Carney) than somebody who doesn't create, doesn't score but presses a lot (Gallagher).

He was starting games at the start of the season, I think without that injury that has kept him out most of the year he would have been a huge player for us behind the striker. Offers more final product than Gallagher in that role, for me Gallagher rotates with Caicedo/Enzo now. 

I honestly don't think Jackson is much better than before the AFCON.  Very little has changed. There's been a lot of good stuff in his game all season.
He's just appreciated more because all the people that wanted him flogged had to watch Broja play for a month so they've started appreciating Nico for actually knowing how to move and link up with his team mates.

Jackson misses chances, he sure does,  but actually Palmer missed one just as easy and has missed others. I'm a big supporter of Jackson and I reckon his market value has increased this season. Touch might not be as good as Havertz but more goals and probably more assists. And by the way he missed a month at AFC, his goals total would almost certainly be higher if he'd been here.
Some of the player criticism on the this forum is astonishing.

Agree with this for most part, he isnt really a touchline winger. Think his best football comes in the half spaces on the left side. Not quite central like a 10, and not a proper touchline left sided winger. Sort of floats on the left sided centre and he looks his best there

Criticise the guys quality but pretending he isn't involved in games is nonsensical. 
Jackson is always heavily involved that's why he's scored 11 goals this season missed 10000 chances and has a number of assists and notable linkup play.
Unlike most the deadwood we've signed he's a young talented player that has ups and downs,  is he good enough to lead our line and start every week? Absolutely not but blame the morons who built our squad for putting him in that position.
We shouldn't have gone into the season with Jackson and the fella who stacks cones at Fulham (Broja is the definition of an uninvolved striker) as our options but Nico has had and will have a damn sight better career than any of the other young attackers at this club barring Palmer that's for sure.

People can and do criticise Jackson for a lot but claiming he isn't involved is just silly.

The thing with Poch is he doesn’t capitalise on it! Play the sh*t out of Mudryk in that position over and over and it will click more and more! But, he’ll just leave him on the bench on the next game!

Mudryk has a goal contribution every 140 minutes in all competitions. Only Palmer is ahead of him in key passes per 90 in the league. 
He's very much a moments player right now, but the quality is there. Just need to turn those moments into consistency. 
 

Any rate he has now scored 6 goals with limited minutes. Not only that he is bloody fun to watch mistakes and all. Absolute entertainment value. I look forward to his minutes.
