Looking at the table, we are actually not far off at all despite being 11th, there is still definitely some hope, and with most teams above us still being in Europe too we can definitely capitalize. Our fixture list doesn't look too horrible either, there are a couple tough games but quite lot of bottom of the table opposition as well. out of the 11 remaining prem games we have 5 against Burnley, Sheffield, Everton, Bournemouth and Forest still to play which should be wins for us in an ideal world 3 of the games there's Villa, Brighton, West Ham as tougher games but we can beat them as well on our good days Then there's Spurs and United... Bothhave looked dire at points this season so thats really a toss up, we'll be playing at home for both however which should help Arsenal on the other hand.. They might trounce us. But then again, we did almost beat them earlier in the season, and definitely deserved the 3 points before we were robbed so who knows.

Also maybe a couple of backup options around the squad but that entirely depends on if our medical department gets better, if it does we have enough cover in most positions. For incomings we really don't need too much more as most the squad already looks set. We can make a massive amount of money potentially on sales, but of course its highly unlikely. Here's hoping we rid the squad of the remaining unwanted players/deadwood and get our books nice and balanced. I for one am pretty happy with the squad we have, just need a few more additions.

Kepa much better than Sanchez. Petrovic is decent, but ball playing is bad at the moment. A duo of Petrovic and Kepa i'm actually not too worried over.

If thats the case why are so many people crying about our owners and how we've spent a lot on players as if that takes away from a stadium? They are both unrelated, and with the amount of money at our disposal, spending £1-2bn on a new stadium is clearly affordable and they are very willing to get it done. Without any FFP repercussions, the price here isn't an issue

You only have to go back a mere 12 months when he took that Brighton team to european football? If thats not a good achievement I dont know what is. He's still actually doing really well if you compare the squads and situation they're in vs the teams around them. Put him at Chelsea and i can see great things happening

Out of people who are/will be reasonably available in the summer I would go for De Zerbi or Alonso as my top options. Amorim not really too proven after only doing it for Portugal and other names we're linked with like Nagelsmann or something is just a no go De Zerbi my top choice though - Plays good football, and also had experience with quite a few of our players already (😂) Mudryk, Colwill and Caicedo, all 3 of which will be key. Not to mention that he's been in the prem for a while now, and actually shown when he has good players at his disposal, he can get them playing great football. Definitely had a mixed season this year, but he's lost some of his best players and had make do with worse replacements and deal with injuries. Only downside I can really think of is that he can be a bit too stubborn in his ways sometimes, but I dont mind the occasional blunder if it means we are consistently near the top again An outside shout would be Sarri, looks like hes leaving Lazio and made vague remarks about Chelsea and unfinished business. Him with this team can get them playing some liquid football, im sure of it. A lot of people on this forum I can tell would be against it though

Poch got the best out of Messi, Neymar and Mbappe? Messi and Neymar looked like they were almost finished playing under him. If you didn't watch PSG, say you didnt watch PSG. Saying he got the best out of them is laughable

For whatever people say about the transfer policy, I actually think they have done a good job. The first summer window with Tuchel was poor, that was just done to please the manager and we had no board. Since then, I think the vast majority of our transfers have been very good and I like almost everyone we've signed. We actually have a squad where once we have a top manager who plays good attacking football, the ceiling is ridiculous. Ignoring most the youth team signings and the first summer window.. How many bad signings have their really been? and by bad I mean bad players with no real potential to get much better and no real upside? I would say probably Sanchez the keeper and thats it. Not to mention the great job we've done selling deadwood, but that is still ongoing and Im hoping by the end of this summer window most of that will be sorted as well.

In all fairness I think Poch does really like him and it was looking like he was going to be a key player for us this season with Poch playing him as much as Palmer. A shame that the injury derailed things so badly, but very happy to see him back. Really like him as a player

Always did like him since Ive been watching him in preseason. Very good linkup play and some of those moments with Nkunku and Chuk before the injuries is great. My only gripe with him early in the season was the terrible finishing, its like he could do most things right and then when it came to finishing it was dreadful, but even that he seems to have improved. I still dont think he should be the starting striker when we're going for all the top honours, but as a backup/rotation option hes great, and he can only go on to improve from here given his age

I like Petrovic, his distribution is pretty crap though. Hope its something he can work on

Agree with this for most part, he isnt really a touchline winger. Think his best football comes in the half spaces on the left side. Not quite central like a 10, and not a proper touchline left sided winger. Sort of floats on the left sided centre and he looks his best there

Reminds me of a Rudiger imo, similar style and suited to be the B side centreback. Can have some great games, but some horror mistakes also in there. Not to mention both of them are pretty tanky units

Poch made a certain countryman, known to many as the greatest player of all time, also look quite average for a lot of games for PSG. He's just not a good manager for this level

Definitely not... lets not do this rubbish again. What they both need is a full season in the premier league starting week in and week out. Why recall Hutchinson back here just so he can sit on the bench? Its such a waste, and this how we've wasted a lot of talent in the past. Fofana as well has only been in the prem 2 months.. Give him a full season in the prem playing regular football. Burnley are going down, but given how well hes played a prem loan should be easy

Sesko looks a better player imo, we should try get him. Gyokeres is decent though, but rather not get him. Love his celebration though😂
