Marc Cucurella
This is the real Cucurella we signed! Always felt he was harshly treated last season given the things he went through both personally and professionally all whilst the team was struggling. The Cucu we saw at Brighton was a fantastic player and im happy to see him regain some of the form

Mykhailo Mudryk signs for Chelsea
Like I said when the season started, give him a run of games and he will get better and better and prove his worth. Very much a confidence player.

Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
Really comes down to who you prefer I guess, but for me I've always viewed Foden as the bigger talent, but thats not taking anything away from Palmer as I think he's truly fantastic. One of the rare city academy prospects to come through that's actually been with City for a while and not just bought when they were 15/16 like most others

Chelsea v Arsenal (PL) Sat 21st Oct 2023 17:30 GMT
After our so called "easy run" playing against the weakest sides in the league, I actually think we will massively benefit coming up against teams that are here to actually play. Since pre-season all our best performances since Poch has come in has mostly all been against teams that have come here to play and not just sit back and defend, which Poch is known to struggle with. Games like Brighton (twice) and Liverpool are the games we have looked best in overall and those were 2 of the only teams who came here to not sit back. Actually think we are in for a good game this weekend! I don't expect us to batter Arsenal or anything, but I expect a good performance even if we do end up narrowly losing. The optimist in me thinks we can steal a result assuming our key players are fit and available to play

Kendry Paez
Christ, watching him play and the things hes doing on the pitch... Might need to start throwing around that infamous G word!

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
Another game another goal and looked very comfortable. Can see that he's clearly above the level he is playing at and needs more game time. Quite funny how some of our players get written off so quickly but forget the fact he is still only 21. A lot of our signings have such high ceilings but they are not near there yet and require a lot of training and growth to hit those heights which Im sure a lot of players will end up hitting. very exciting times ahead

Lewis Hall - Our next big Homegrown prospect!
Move the thread to the relevant section please😂 All jokes aside though, so far havent seen much of him since he left, but of course its very early days and hes one for the future. Did think he was a quality player and wish we had kept him over the likes of Maatsen and Chilwell instead

Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
Excellent signing and hes impressed me a lot. I watched a few of his games when he was first playing for City in the cup games and I did really like him then and thought they had a gem on their hands. I do still think he's probably a little bit below Foden in terms of talent and ability, but Palmer is definitely ahead of almost every other city academy product being hyped up recently.

Don't be harsh on Mount - JT
think hes massively overrated actually, wouldnt want him near the club especially for the stupid pricetag madrid would ask for
-
Don't be harsh on Mount - JT
what? I thought he was still pretty awful for a 60m player/ Once again he's fooling certain people by covering up his lack of technicality by running a lot and showing energy on the pitch
-
Armando Broja
Creepy little stalker is what you are then mate if you keep searching up what im posting I dont think Broja is the answer to our problems at all. Someone like a Toney is who we should be aiming to lead the line with Jackson backup. Thats a great 2 strikers to have
-
Don't be harsh on Mount - JT
there's a section already for ex chelsea players which is where every thread of a player who's left chelsea has ended up. Why's this one being treated differently?
-
Don't be harsh on Mount - JT
yeah mods need to close this thread, no need to keep it here and keep seeing it
-
Armando Broja
last game looked very shoddy and scored a fluke goal from a deflection? Just think we are far batter when Jackson is playing. Broja would have re-torn that ACL had he even attempted that turn Jackson did for the 4th goal😂
-
Armando Broja
awful first half when broja was playing, gets subbed in the 2nd half for jackson and look how much better we looked. cry more
-
Armando Broja
Don't care he's not good enough. I watched him last season before the injury and his time at southampton and hes just not good enough imo. Jackson is far superior
-
Conor Gallagher
still quite frustrating to watch in the final 3rd, but hes improving! Only issue is that once we have all our midfielders fit, whats going to happen? Lavia will start ahead of him im sure

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
Looked excellent today, quietly getting the job done without too much light being shone on him
-
MOTM vs Burnley (A) (PL)
I know most people will be voting for sterling, but Im putting my vote towards Caicedo! quietly excellent again today, very vital for us and slowly getting better and better with each game
-
Raheem Sterling signs for Chelsea
poor 1st half, and very good 2nd half. Just wish he'd be more consistent
-
Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
Sold Mount for 60m and bought Palmer in for 40m who is quite literally 10x the player. Fun Fact: Cole Palmer in his first 3 chelsea games is only 2 open play assists away from equalling Mount's all time tally at chelsea for all seasons
-
Armando Broja
Awful 1st half from broja. Jackson is quite simply 10x the player, we looked so much better in the 2nd half once that sub was made. Should sell Broja the first chance we get
-
Don't be harsh on Mount - JT
another terrible performance from mount in the red shirt. I was one of the very few who always thought he was overrated to the high heavens, feels nice to be vindicated and proven right!

Cesare Casadei
people weren't complaining about casadei's loan move the first few weeks or so when he was getting games and performing well. He has since dropped off massively, and many leicester fans aren't happy with his performances as of late which warranted him getting dropped. To blame the loan for this is harsh when in reality it was down to poor performance
