If jose goes tomorrow/ whenever would like to see Alan Pardew given a chance as interim, with the resources that Chelsea could place behind him, & what he has achieved at other clubs with lesser back up could surprise quite a few, why do we have to have a top name when people crying out for youngsters to be giving a chance to make first team why not a young manager with no baggage..

I am sorry, we should be looking at now, not way back when, Jose WAS a good Manager A magnificent one in fact as long as he held all the aces, but since the beginning of pre-season & up till now all of his major decisions or statements have been wrong or lies, why for instance does he play two fullbacks out of position? when he could play one in his rightful position and just one out of position, 50% improvement already & I am just a supporter, why does he say RLC starts playing more game from now? & it lasts all of 45 minutes. His stubbornness & ego will not let him change because that would be admitting he got it wrong in the first place.

I totally agree with CFCholland, whose post 12288 is right on the button. Jose has to me lost the plot, last time he was sacked/resigned every football person through out the football playing world was shocked to the core, if it happens again now, would any Chelsea supporter be so shocked? I personally was shocked be on belief the first time, now I am just not at all bothered. People are saying he is this great manager, (I agree he was) well he is only great when he has the players, coaches, medical staff 100% behind him, when he has lost all that support which to my mind & understanding he has, he is managing like a manager who has landed his very first top job, but it is way over his head, remind you of anyone, Moyes at United? To me football is simple, defenders defend, mid fielders try to create & attackers try to score, with right sided players playing on the right & left on the left, at times Jose is sending out a miss-mash team where no one is really doing what he can or playing in his rightful position, just going through the motions, it certainly is not pretty.
