  1. I'll not be singing it unless I hear someone else start it. A worth effort though. Gott stick with the pre chorus of Chelsea Dagger by the Fratellis. Do do do do do do do do do do
  2. A jaw dropping moment when the dreadlocked one signed for us. I didn't believe it until I seen a picture of Hoddle and Ruud holding up a Chelsea shirt between them. A fabulous day for Chelsea fans.
  3. I knew it wouldn't be popular choice but I've always thought and still think that he's a marvelous player and very dangerous.
  4. I'd love to see SWP given another chance
  5. A scoucer doing the double? Surely not. He'd need to be working first.
  6. this seems to fit into this thread quite nicely. It's from the skysports fanzone from a couple of seasons ago (the one where Evra got beaten up by the Stamford Bridge gardener) but it's not for the video or audio I'm posting this one. Check the comments down the page. Sour grapes? Surely not.
  7. What were the celebrations like for ye lads? I caught it down at the Bot in 3d (good stuff, fairly f**ked up my drunken eyeballs though) There's just not enough Chelsea fans in this city.
  8. He's better of out of it http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...utd/8674605.stm
  9. As we roll on to the final game of the season, I 'd like to congratulate all the winnning teams of this Premier League season. To Manchester United for thier dominant display (over referees) winning the Carling Cup. To Arsenal and Spurs for Qualifying for the European Cup. To Fulham for their exploits in the Europa League. Finally to Liverpool for....... .....hmm. Anyway, there's one team I've left out but I can't remember who they are or what they've won. Whoever they are, well done to them too.
  10. I'll eat my hat if we loose on Saturday. There'll be one very busy keeper I predict and one very bored one.
  11. I'll keep rubbin thier noses in it til next may, and who knows I may even get another opportunity to do it again then.
  12. and this is how we capped it off. http://www.footytube.com/video/chelsea-wig...tic-may09-46815 I don't know about you, but I may watch this video again.
  13. aparently Man United finished second this year, I didn't hear anything apart from that. Did anybody else hear anything?
  14. I'm drunk too and it doesn't seem to be a bad idea too me. WE WON THE LEAGUE AND WE'RE HAVIN' A LAUGH, NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA.
  15. Excuse me, too drunk and happy for analytical conversation. What's wrong with your foot there Didi? this shoe's heavier than the other? why's that then? Well Reido, it's naturally heavier because this one's a golden boot.
  16. FLORENT MALOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA FOLRENT MALOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA LOUDA
  17. I Don't know what it was like in the Dub today Clubhappy, but Mrs Reido and I along with my brother stood in the bot tonight outnumbered something like 240 to 1, soaked up the relentless waves of "you have no history" for three hours with our scarves in the air before sucking in our breath and giving a lung-busting rendition of carefree. I'd like to give extra Chelsea points to Mrs. Reido for the regular initiations of liquidator. Brothers and sisters we are CHAMPIONEES CHANPIONEES OLAY OLAY OLAY.
  18. Some stats from the BBC. I seen further up the thread that someone asked about financial incentment for Wigan, winning today means mor than £2m to the club based on thier finishing position in the league. TEAM NEWS Chelsea are set to name the same team that won at Liverpool for their title decider against Wigan. The Blues remain without Ricardo Carvalho, Jose Bosingwa, Michael Essien and John Mikel Obi, who will miss the FA Cup final after knee surgery. Chris Kirkland's finger injury means Vladimir Stojkovic will continue in the Wigan goal, while defender Titus Bramble is out with a foot problem. Winger Charles N'Zogbia could return after recovering from an ankle injury. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chelsea Injured: Bosingwa, Essien & Mikel (all knee), Carvalho (ankle) Wigan Doubtful: N'Zogbia (ankle) Injured/unavailable: Bramble (foot), Kingson (groin), Kirkland (finger), Moreno (calf & hamstring), Sinclair (loan spell ended) MATCH PREVIEW Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti twice won the Champions League during eight seasons with AC Milan but collected only one league title, a fact wryly acknowledged in his autobiography Preferisco La Coppa; the title is a pun that conveys his preference for cup competitions and a type of cured pork. It is a unique experience to go to Stamford Bridge having the world of football watching - we have got nothing to lose Wigan manager Roberto Martinez The portly Italian may be a completely different character to Jose Mourinho, the man against whom all Blues bosses are judged, but he could be on the verge of something special with Chelsea. Victory against Wigan would give the club a fourth top-flight crown and keep them on course for the first league and FA Cup Double in their history. Roberto Martinez's men ended Arsenal's title challenge three weeks ago but have little to play for except professional pride. A win would also prevent the Latics from ending the campaign with their lowest points tally since promotion to the Premier League. The omens are against Wigan securing a first league double over Chelsea. They have lost their last seven top-flight matches in London, including a 9-1 hammering at Tottenham and 4-0 thrashing from Arsenal earlier this season. Vladimir Stojkovic may be Serbia's number one goalkeeper, but he has yet to convince since joining Wigan, conceding 12 goals in six appearances. A trip to Stamford Bridge, where the Blues have plundered 19 goals in their last four games, hardly looks the ideal confidence booster, especially with Didier Drogba eyeing the Premier League golden boot. MATCH FACTS Head-to-head • A Wigan win would give them a first league double against Chelsea. • They have lost three of their four Premier League games at Stamford Bridge, the one exception a 1-1 draw in April 2008. Wigan's only victory away to Chelsea was in an FA Cup third-round replay in 1980. 606: DEBATE Have your say on this match Chelsea • Carlo Ancelotti's side have won 16 of 18 league games at Stamford Bridge this season, scoring 60 goals. They dropped points in the 3-3 draw with Everton and 4-2 loss to Manchester City. • Since losing to City, the Blues have won four successive home league games, scoring 19 goals. • The Blues need three more goals to break the Premier League record for most goals in a single season. It is currently held by Manchester United, who netted 97 in 1999/00. Wigan • Wigan's 3-2 win over Arsenal is their only victory in their last six games. • They have lost their last five away matches. • Wigan have failed to win their last 17 Premier League games in London, a run that began after victory at West Ham in December 2006.
