Hungarian blog
Hi! undertow and me are from Hungary as some of you know and we are writing on a blog about Chelsea, called Lion Rampant. Of course you guys don't understand what we write :), but an other Hungarian Chelsea fan made two videos (and a third is coming) about the Abramovich-era and i'm sure you guys would enjoy these, too, just like we did. Please take a look at it if you have 15 minutes :) http://chelsea-fc.blog.nepsport.hu/archives/2011/08/04/The_Abramovich_Era_2003-2011_-_Part_1-2/ Cheers, Zsoca

Pato !
Agree, i think he is still living off his hype he got when he came to Europe. Is yet to justify he deserves the hype.

Pato !
I always thought that the Pato rumours were made up because Carlo was our boss. I expected these rumors to disappear after Carlo left.

Chelsea v Aston villa
Hope not. :D

Chelsea v Aston villa
My concern with your formation Andreas that it is missing a defensive midfielder.

Luka Modric
I read this on Football365: For instance, the latest post from a chap by the name of Eric is that: 'Inside source says Modric is at training ground, not dressed for training and shaking hands with all the players and staff.' No idea how true this is, of course...

Javier Pastore
"1348 - Javier Pastore attempted 1348 passes in the opposition half in 10/11; more than any other player in Serie A." Just an interesting fact.

That's it i think...

Thailand All Stars v Chelsea (FR) 24/7/2011 KO 11:45 BST
One note about the transfers: i read a few days ago (well, maybe that was a week ago) on twitter that Chelsea are working on 5 signings: 2 belgans (guess Courtois and Lukaku), Modric and two publicly not well known targets. One of them could be Romeu but who is the other? Could it be Pastore? I know it's twitter and it was not official but a journalist's twitter, but twitter info's seem to be correct for most of the times.

Am i the only one who thinks Lamps should stop taking set pieces? I can't remember the last time he delivered them really well...

Yes. I would also love to see Anelka on the bench, but well, you can't get everything. :)

Thailand All Stars v Chelsea (FR) 24/7/2011 KO 11:45 BST
This is getting to look like a standard starting eleven. I can easily image this in a PL game.

Chelsea Vs Malaysia XI
I read 84k too. By the way, i don't understand people moaning, i think we played with good pace, created lot of chances. The mistakes made usually in the attacking third are down to the preseason form and the higher tempo of play. I think we really got better since the Pompey game.

It's official. chelseafc.com

David Luiz
Well, we can only guess, maybe they expected more, higher bids and were disappointed by our "retreat". That's something i can think of, but it still sounds so amateur...

Aguero or Torres?
I totally agree. Torres in this season is so bad he makes me wonder how could he been so good... Btw, i think in 4-3-3 Aguero would play on the wings, not in center.

El Classico 29/11/2010
Has ever a Jose managed team lost by this margin? Even conceded five?

El Classico 29/11/2010
Well, Barca aren't playing particulary well, but still, they lead. What was said before the match: Madrid need to defend without a mistake, that is their only chance. As we did in the CL against Barca. What happened? Barca scored from 2 individual mistakes, both from Ramos, i think. Barca didn't have many chances, neither had Real, of course, but this game could be 0-0 if there weren't those mistakes. With bad defending, you can't beat Barca. Real can take a draw, if they change: i think taking off Özil would be a good move, because in counterattacking on the flanks doesn't need his assistance.

El Classico 29/11/2010
I'm interested in all of Jose's teams, so i'll watch. I think Real Madrid will win, maybe a draw, but i can't see them losing. Maybe if Ovrebo will be the ref, Barca has a chance... :)

Newcastle v Chelsea (PL) - 28/11/2010 - KO 13:30 GMT
Yeah, for Mellis, that's true. But not for Sturridge. This is his second full season in the first team squad and he has played many matches. I don't think Mellis and Sturridge can be put in the "same bracket" this way. My point is, that Sturridge could be used more, because he has speed and he gives us something else, because he seems to be our fastest striker is willing to dribble.

Newcastle v Chelsea (PL) - 28/11/2010 - KO 13:30 GMT
I would give Sturridge an other chance, because he is getting better and better. Against Zilina, he was our best attacking player. Using him as a 5-10 minute sub in PL makes no sense.
