Ones that support the club, the players, the manager and the owner. Ones who do not give the media ammunition to fire at us and ones who respect what Roman Abramovich has done for us. Not just his money but his leadership and support. What other owners do what he has done? What other owner supports their club as a fan like Roman does? At the CL Final, Abramovich had the same emotions as all of us Chelsea fans, he was living that game the same as us. Does United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, City owner do the same? I think not.

Top European Clubs in Italy, Spain and Germany regularly sack managers and they are successful but their fans do not protest against their owners like big babies! In fact Bayern and Madrid have had as many managers as Chelsea in the same period if time. People in England are brainwashed by the media saying that all clubs should behave like Man United. We are CHELSEA FC not United and we do it our way. Would you all rather we had an owner like United, leeching off the club? Let's see how much patience United have when Fergie is gone and they are in difficulty under another manager. Some people need a reality check. SUPPORT our fantastic owner FFS!! I wouldn't mind Benitez short term, he could revive Torres!

Why? They are not showing respect to the best owner in world club football. The media hate us so why would any true Chelsea fan want to give them more ammunition? Why would any true Chelsea fan side with RDM over Abramovich?

Everyone says it's harsh because they follow what the media says like Sheeple. Top clubs fire managers, end of. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid have had as many coaches as us in the same period of time. Barca and the Italian clubs are not averse to sacking either.

I meant we would be nothing due to the financial landscape. Without Roman we would be competing with clubs who have vastly more money than us. Football times are different to the previous decades you refer to.

We should SUPPORT whoever gets the job. We all know Pep will come in the summer so even if Benitez gets it, it will only be until the end of the season. We are Chelsea we don't boo our players or managers, leave that to tin pot clubs like Spuds and Arsenal! If anyone boo's Roman or Benitez or whoever you will allow the media to run with stories pitting the fans against the owner and manager and that will be worse for us and the players. THINK! ANYONE who protests against Abramovich is an idiot and not a true Chelsea fan!! DO NOT LET THE MEDIA DO THIS! They want us to turn on the club and the owner. Do not fall into their trap. Roman has always done what is best for Chelsea, financially and other things. Without him owning the club we would be nothing so y'all need to remember that when acting like babies and throwing your toys out of the pram! We do not know what was going on at the club. RDM is a great guy and will always be a Chelsea Legend but he was sacked from West Brom and had a rep there of being lazy. He was not experienced enough to create a winning team at a club as big as Chelsea. I will support whoever gets the job and we all should. The issue is not Roman sacking managers too quickly, it's that the wrong managers are being appointed in the first place. Leading to them needing to be sacked. If we can't get Pep Guardiola, I said it last summer and I will say it again: LOUIS VAN GAAL

You're exactly right. Bale's crossing ability is amazing and he has great vision along with his pace. He is the player to get the best out of Torres. Name one other player in world football who is as fast as Bale, scores free kicks like Bale, delivers final balls like Bale, is 21 years old and Premiership experienced??? There is no-one & that's why we need him.

I don't think the MAN U way is right for us. Fergie is the exception not the rule. We are more like the European clubs were managers don't stay that long. I don't want the same manager for the next 10,20.25 years. Anyways don't believe the negative press. Yeah I've put it on a couple of threads as it's the main issue for our team, IMO. I was thinking Arshavin would offer much more than Lampard + he's a friend of Abramovich!

The problem we have with Lampard is that he gets us crucial goals but offers nothing else. I know some teams would love to have this problem BUT although he gets goals his lack of creativity and pace is now affecting the team in a negative way. I think the arrival of Torres & the kind of striker he is has highlighted the glaring lack of pace creativity and dyanamism in our Midfield. If we want Torres to be free scoring we have to get the midfield right and suited to him. For me Bale +Modric + Van Der Wiel are an absolute must. Lampard to be a squad player from now on and Luiz to play as a DMF.

Why are we trying to sign Lukaku? It makes no sense. Torres and Drogba are both Lone strikers who can't play anywhere other than as the main centre forward. Then there is Sturridge, Anelka & Kalou. The last thing we need is another striker. We need creativity and pace in the midfield and on the wings. I would love us to sign Bale & Modric they're exactly what we need. Also I would like to see Luiz played as a DMF. I just think we need a good clearout and something radical to get us playing fast, attractive, attacking football. I think the players I've said and Van Gaal would do this. Selling the ones I've listed would free up funds for the purchase of the others. BTW if you don't rate Bale, who is as good as him, as fast as him and delivers the finals balls he does, as well as being experienced in the Prem, 21 years old and plays on the left wing as well as being able to play left back, in World football right now?
