Who would you like to see? For me the person must show passion and be able to control our big players without fear and must not shirk the big decisions or be afraid to make changes as necessary. For me i would like David Moyes or Villa Boas. Would also settle for Van Basten or O'Neil.

I wouldn't mind Moyes but I'd rather have Coyle as his teams play better football. 1st choice is Hiddink though

Please not o neil cant stand the little git. Hes nothing special anyway. It will go to a yes man most likely.

Hiddink with Zola as No. 2.

Hopefully this.

Will Roman sack his mate Hiddink though for finishing second. Im guessing he wont come unless he's assured he wont be made a mug off.

i like that Nibs, wouldnt want Zola as first coach just yet needs more experience. Maybe Hindink for 3-4 years and Zola as number 2 coming into number 1?

Who do we need? I want Andre Villas Boas.

Andre Villas Boas - Europa League 2011

Primeira Liga 2011

Taça de Portugal 2011

Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira 2010

Good Record

BRING ON ANDRE VILLAS BOAS!

There are some interesting names on this list.

Andre Villas Boas is the hot name at the moment, I think that much is clear. I haven't figured out who I'd want to replace Carlo.

Joachim Löw is a name that interests me but I'm not sure how he'd do back at a club team. He's done very well for the DFB, and Klinsmann used a lot of his ideas. I'm just not sure it would translate to the club level.

Would Pep do well here? I'm unsure.

We all know what we'd get with Mourinho.

If only Guus was 10 years younger. What concerns me about Guus is that he'd come back but would only want to manage for a couple of years.

I'm not voting until I think about this one for a few...

Hiddink with Zola as No. 2.

If this was a 3 year plan with Zola then moving to our manager, I'd sign up for that.

I would really enjoy that and I think it would help build stability with Zola being groomed for the position.

I don't believe any manager would want a job where they manage the best season in a club's history, then be sacked next season.

No Emenalo option?

Yeah Emenalo with Avram Grant as Director of Football.

Instead of the dreamteam we'd have the worse case nightmare scenario!!

Although I'm disappointed Carlo is gone I'm open to Guus Hiddink as Director of Football and his countryman Frank Rijkaard as manager. He's got the experience to manage a big club.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt here. He might not have meant Martin "shouty gnome on the verge of a cardiac" O'Neil.

He might have meant Terry O'neil ex-Arsenal manager. Shaquille O'neil the basketball player, Tatum O'neil the actress or O'neil Armstrong the first irishman on the moon. I'm sure he did because all of them would be better than little wavy-armed Martin the angry dwarf.

My vote, The Special One of course. But we won't get him.

Andre Villas-Boas. Last time we took a risk on a manager like that we became the best team in the world. Lets not f**k it up this time though.
