I think people are getting way to giddy at the prospect of selling Luiz to PSG for 40m+. I'll believe it when I see it, just doesnt make sense from PSGs side. As many have already stated before, FFP, CB, 40m. I'd be happy if we got that for him, but it's not realistic. Every paper story seems to come from DI Marzio, who i remember as talking sh*te on a regular basis, who now as become a 'credible source'

Its the right decision for me. We have to sign a striker this summer. All in for Cavani, if we cant get him (not even sure he's available) then Costa. Theres nobody out there who will tick every box

In hindsight I think we should have played Dave on the left, Hazard in the middle and Willian on the right. Couple more additions to this team and we will be firing on all cylinders

I think after Ibra, Suarez and Ageuro, there are cases for against the others, so really its those 3 that are the A+ strikers. Ibras age goes against him, so i think theres a group of 2 who are out there on their own as the best

I dont rate him as a top striker, he looks great on MOTD because they bring him on and he scores a couple but his general play is poor. Ask most City fans and they wouldnt be sad to see him go and i think that says alot. Good player but not great, in my opinion. Step up from what weve got however

Mandzukic is top scorer of the Bundesliga, i think he deserves to be in there but he could be similar to Dzeko. Costa is in there for me on merits of this season.He didn't look great against us but he scoring goals that have taken AM to the top of La Liga, maybe he needs a second 30+ goals season to cement himself as a top striker. I think this just illustrates my point further. Im sure there are arguments that Balotelli is inconsistent and gets in on potential rather than output

Availibility dictates a players price, not what he's actually worth. Currently there is a lack of world class strikers out there. I'd say the world class strikers are Aguero, Suarez, Ibrahimovic, Cavani, Falcao, Lewandowski, Rooney. I think Higuain, Benzema, RVP, Costa, Tevez, Balotelli, Mandzukic are in the second group with perhaps a few others and if we look at the availability of all of the above its maybe 3 or 4 but maybe only one from the first group
