Did anyone read one of the papers which outlined Newcastle's way of bringing in/replacing players in their team?
They already have ideal first choice, and second choice replacemnets for players in their team, in every position. When one of their players is bought, they go for one of these targets. It seems like a very good model which stops you buying players, putting them in the youth and reserve setups with a chance they won't develop into players they could be. It sounds like a good model to use.
Sorry :D Lamela plays for Roma, sort of a Central Playmaker role, whilst Muniain is with Athletico and plays a wide left or right winger, both young prospects for the future.
One of my first posts :D. The team I would put out would be: (4-2-2-2) Cech; Cole, Terry, Alex, Ivanovic; Luiz, Romeu; Mata, Ramires; Sturridge, Torres. With Sturridge sitting slightly behind the striker. Mata would be able to sit behind the strikers along with Luiz pushing forward into midfield making it a 4-1-2-1-2
