Performances like yesterday are exactly why any calls to get rid of him were idiotic. He might not play every week but he's a big match player, that version of Reece is still the best RB in the world, and a pretty handy CB to go with it.

I always feel nostalgic when Jose comes back to the bridge. A proper manager that loves the club, but instead we're stuck with this fraud.

Not to mention on two occasions we've changed managers mid season and ended up winning a champions league, with one of those occasions having Mount, Werner and Havertz to lead the line.

The Brighton games last season should have been the end of Maresca's time here, and now it's the same this season. Quite frankly I find it baffling that there's anybody that thinks he should still be our manager.

Watching the United vs Brentford game and I can't believe we lost to United, they are just a shambles. Sanchez and Maresca should have wages docked.

I think I'll be saying this a lot over the season, but one of the most deflating things about watching a performance like that is knowing that no matter what, Maresca will not be sacked this season so we have to ensure this dross until at least May.
