Benitez approach!?!?!
He would be behind Mou and Capello for me, but some of the people are completely underrating him. He's leaps and bounds ahead of AVB and many others in every aspect.

AVB - who's behind him?
I disagree. Roman should look at logical solutions rather than being a dictator arsehole.

I thought so too. But didn't he injured at some point recently? I still believe he is part of the ones who had a bust up with AVB The real question is: do we keep a left back who performed admirably with hard work in every game and won us titles just for half a poor season? Or dump the pretender who has made not only Cole, but Mikel, Malouda and a load of others play like complete mediocrity?

Why is Luiz not on the list again? He's the Torres of centrebacks, other than the fact that Torres proved that he was a winner at some point in his career. Luiz is just a rubbish centreback and he has no future here unless he either drastically becomes more responsible or is moved to midfield. He gives 100% every game but it ain't good enough when you commit a stupid mistake (which he does in 90% of the games, by my estimation) I doubt we will actually sell that many players, but I'd go with: Luiz Bos Ferreira Malouda Meireles Torres

What player do you think of when you think of Chelsea?
Lampard for me.

AVB - who's behind him?
Well I disagree. Our priority should be fourth place rather than the FA cup. Although it is far easier with 4 of the best 7 teams in the country already out.

AVB - who's behind him?
Whether you are pro-AVB or anti-AVB it's not rocket science that he's likely to be sacked if this form continues. In event that he does make it to the end of the season, I can also see him sacked if we don't get a champions league spot. We have to start looking at possibilities at who will replace him. Remember, that posting your choice of manager does not mean that you want AVB to be sacked, but rather who will replace him if it does occur. Some quick candidates: -Capello -Biesla -Benitez -Lippi -Moyes Some unlikely names: -Wenger (if sacked by arsenal) -Mourinho (if leaves Madrid & wants to come back) -'Arry -Rodgers -O'Neill -Hughes (if leaves QPR) -Guardiola (if leaves Barca) -Others The question is self-explanatory: who do you believe is the right man to lead us forward if AVB is gone? I'd personally go with Benitez or Capello, but this depends on Mourinho's availability. I'm not convinced by the Rogers, Hughes, O'neill & Moyes as IMO they are all like AVB, extremely overhyped.

It's not too hard to explain why we are failing. We have a bad manager. This squad is fourth place material. We shouldn't even be near Arsenal or Liverpool, but comfortably securing 4th place. AVB is the worst manager in the league this season alongside Kean and Bruce. Have we been ripped our out heart like arsenal had? No, in fact we added to the team. Can't wait until he's gone

The best signing we made in the near past or the best signing?

Napoli v Chelsea (CL) 21/02/12 KO 19:45 GMT
Yes, because people want AVB out purely because of this match rather than a pathetically woeful run of form which lasts weeks & months.

Napoli v Chelsea (CL) 21/02/12 KO 19:45 GMT
Ah, I'm glad someone mentioned this. Our form post City game: Wigan Athletic 1-1 Chelsea 18,320 Premier League Dec 22 FT Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Chelsea 36,141 Premier League Dec 26 FT Chelsea 1-1 Fulham 41,548 Premier League Dec 31 FT Chelsea 1-3 Aston Villa 41,332 Premier League Jan 2 FT Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-2 Chelsea 27,289 Premier League Jan 8 FT Chelsea 4-0 Portsmouth 41,529 FA Cup (Round 3) Jan 14 FT Chelsea 1-0 Sunderland 41,696 Premier League Jan 21 FT Norwich City 0-0 Chelsea 26,792 Premier League Jan 28 FT Queens Park Rangers 0-1 Chelsea 15,728 FA Cup (Round 4) Jan 31 FT Swansea City 1-1 Chelsea 20,526 Premier League Feb 5 FT Chelsea 3-3 Manchester United 41,668 Premier League Feb 11 FT Everton 2-0 Chelsea 33,924 Premier League Feb 18 FT Chelsea 1-1 Birmingham 36,870 FA Cup (Round 5) Feb 21 FT Napoli 3-1 Chelsea Champions League (Round of 16) See? Its been going for almost months. Our wins are also ridiculously hilarious. Portsmouth were equal to us until the late Ramires goals. Not to forget they're a championship side. Sunderland were equal to us in goal chances, in fact they had far better chances than us all game. QPR - probably the most pathetic woeful performance with absolutely 0 chances which we won with a penalty that never was.

AVB - who's behind him?
Benitez is a good manger. Certainly far better than whatever AVB will ever become. Just look at his record in the CL. This media hype has completely misled some people. Just like with their anti-Terry campaign, they print false facts/ideas and people believe them.
-
AVB - who's behind him?
...so all the new players? Meireles, Cahill, Ramires & Luiz were woeful. All part of the new signings/younger players.
-
AVB - who's behind him?
Capello please Or Benitez if Capello isn't availiable Both on temporary contract Mourinho the golden man in the summer of course if hes free.

Napoli v Chelsea (CL) 21/02/12 KO 19:45 GMT
It is evident that he ISNT telling him the proper way to defend. A few rare mistakes = players fault. Mistakes by players in every game = managers fault

HE IS THAT is what managers do Players making sh*t stupid mistakes in every game is the MANAGERS fault.
