I honestly don't think Jackson is much better than before the AFCON. Very little has changed. There's been a lot of good stuff in his game all season. He's just appreciated more because all the people that wanted him flogged had to watch Broja play for a month so they've started appreciating Nico for actually knowing how to move and link up with his team mates.

Why is that only a criticism against Sterling? Sterling hasn't been good enough and was frustrating today but still created 4 chances today, got an assist and won a penalty. He's clearly capable of having a positive impact for us But some obsessively focus on his negatives while clinging to the very few positives of our other players. I genuinely wonder why.

Wolves only wanted a loan as well we were apparently offering him out to clubs for £25m late on but no takers. I don't like the ownership but not sure anyone can criticise this loan, getting £4m and Broja not playing is the perfect loan for us. It's fantastic business if selling him wasn't possible.

I'd call it a successful loan for us getting £4m but it won't help the player and we'll struggle to move him on this summer unless he's willing to drop to a level more suited to his ability.

If you upgrade on Chilwell why do you want an injury prone backup on 200K a week?
