We're obviously never going to agree so there's no point going much further. I can't decide if I think he did it or not, but it's worth saying he wasn't found 'innocent'. He was found not guilty due to the jury not being able to prove it beyond reasonable doubt.

Steady on. She lost her anonymity several times on social media and got absolutely hounded with abuse. She also never accused him of rape. She just said she couldn't remember what happened or how she got there and that is what she said all along. Sure, Evans has lost 3 years of his life, but this girl is going to get abuse for the rest of her life off people that haven't bothered reading about the case before deciding she's some gold-digging liar. The whole case is a total shambles but let's not pretend Evans is an angel that's done nothing wrong. There's all sorts of shady things that came out in court. If nothing else, hopefully the CPS can use this case to learn how not to deal with high profile trials.
