I found this on the Telegraph website.

You have to wonder if the reporter was at the game! Ashley Cole 6/10 and offered no threat in attack.

A total joke. As was this:

Joleon Lescott 6

Looked nervous after Drogba overpowered him for the equaliser, but still did not deserve the rotten deflection which gave Chelsea the winner

Yet another of those lucky Lampard deflections.

Petr Cech 6/10

Left stranded by the precision of Saha’s finish, Cech displayed his usual jitters on deep crosses but was rarely tested otherwise.

Alex 6

For such an imposing figure, he was surprisingly easily dominated for much of the game by Fellaini, most notably for Saha’s goal.

Ashley Cole 6

Bafflingly voted man of the match, the England man was reliable as ever at the back but seems to be deteriorating as an attacking force.

Florent Malouda 7

No wonder he polarises opinion, missing a sitter from five yards and then doing everything but score with a 35 yard thunderbolt.

Didier Drogba 7

The Ivorian is the proverbial man for the big occasion. Five domestic finals in four years, and five goals. Whatever his flaws, he is nothing if not effective.

Nicolas Anelka 6

Such a clinical finisher is, to an extent, wasted on the right flank, as proved as he threatened whenever he wandered into central positions.

Joleon Lescott 6

Looked nervous after Drogba overpowered him for the equaliser, but still did not deserve the rotten deflection which gave Chelsea the winner

Just plain wrong.

I can think of two brilliant saves Cech made off the top of my head. He flapped at a single cross.

Alex lost two headers, I think, in the first half to Fellaini, and then bossed the defence.

Ashley Cole was f**king excellent, and was one of three players on the pitch worthy of the MOTM award. To say he's deteriorating as an attacking force is just pig ignorant. It was his menacing overlaps with Malouda that gave Hibbert such a nightmare.

Malouda's missed shot from a tight angle was hardly a thunderbolt

Drogba wasn't that effective, the goal aside. I'd say Anelka was better and worked harder. Anelka made a number of crosses from the right, which were far better than Bosingwa's, who still persists in crossing from too deep.

And what was this 'deflection'? Bollocks.

how bitter is he? did he even watch the game? cole 6 is pathetic, but to say lampards shot took a deflection is either a bitter scouser or manc talking sh*te as usual or just plain rubbish reporting. what a w**ker.
