hehe... if you believe the media noise that has been going on for the last two weeks he was already ready for Juve, and I think that will be moving faster after yesterday's performance. That 4411 he devised over christmas is truly awful

Well, if his agent is anyone to believe, he might well be keeping an eye on the goings on at Anfield.

Hiddink's representative, Cees van Nieuwenhuizen, confirmed they will hold talks with the Russian FA about his job before making a decision on his future.

"I have spoken with representatives of four clubs and five national federations," Van Nieuwenhuizen told Sovetskiy Sport.

"Almost all of the options have previously been mentioned in the press - Manchester City, Liverpool, Juventus, etc.

"However, as I have repeatedly said, we have not held talks with anyone.

"To all we have said that there must first be talks with the new president of Russian FA and to know his position on the future."

it would phsically hurt me to see a man i like and respect so much at the dippers of all clubs. He has said that he will talk to Roman before he makes any move so hopefully if he suggests liverpool roman will say no.

Should the worse happen and he does end up there, with our clash against liverpool at anfield the 2nd to last one of the season the man who almost brought us so much glory last year could be the same man to put a last minute halt to it this year.

Dont like the sound of this, A bit too much of a considence with Liverpool in the market for a caretasker manager. Christ if he ends up at Anfield it will be impossible to accept.

I thought Guus said he was too old now for day to day club management, so a Director of Football position at Chels would suit him perfectly?

I remember seeing a quote yesterday that Guus had mentioned before he did anything, he needs to speak with Chelsea first.

I can't get too excited if Guus Hiddink goes to Liverpool. He's an ageing manager who comes across to me as a man who is never really "at home" wherever he goes. I don't believe he'll last too long if he goes to Anfield. I'm delighted we've got Ancelotti!
