Baseball cap? To block the sun! Howard wears it at times too I believe.

Are sunglasses forbidden?

Dunno but I think they draw the line at an umbrella

It has to be because of the sun. Our six-a-side team's keeper always wore a boonie hat in every match. He also wore a hoodie and camouflage pants. Our opponents always thought he couldn't be any good if he dressed like that, but he was a top keeper and was head and shoulders above 90% of the other teams' keepers in that competition. He had great reactions and was very athletic, although he looked like a slouch in his irregular keeper's kit. It was always fun to laugh at the opponents' disbelief: "how did he save THAT shot?"... :laugh2:

Its to try and take away attention from his massive gap toothed grin, the inbred Cleatorite.....

I actually played against him many years ago when he was only about 16 or 17 and played for his village team, Cleator Moor Celtic.

Made me LOL! Ha!

I agree with dkw though - it's to draw attention away from the canyon in his mouth.
