Most ridiculous transfer "rumour" of the season so far?

Featured Replies

I think the Mail's article on Walcott to Chelsea, which had one sentence about Walcott and the remainder of the article devoted to Wenger commiting to Arsenal has to be a contender as well.

I'd go with Walcott. It was ridiculous on multiple levels as Dan Levene said on twitter. Firstly, saying Chelsea go for Walcott and then saying Walcott is a winger.

Can't remember if David Luiz is even able to leave? FIFA have laws against how many times you can be registered to a club in a calendar year, but i'm not sure if it's once per year or twice per year.

It's a limit of two different clubs per calendar year, so he's useless to anyone else until the end of next January.

I hope the Walcott rumour isn't true. The guy is useless reminds me of Gronkjaer fast but nothing else in his locker

We can't be talking bad about Gronkjaer without him Chelsea could be in a very different place to where they are today.

You do have a valid point - I always liked Gronkjaer, even if he did have a few issues with his game. I think SWP is a more appropriate comparison for Walcott, but the conclusion (don't buy him) is still the same.
