Man United Tickets

why? :o

Cos it doesn't involve entering Manchester?

When I was a lad you could just head to Old Trafford, pay on the gate and stand behind the goal with 5 or 6 thousand fellow Blues and watch us beat them more often than not. The last bit is the only bit that hasn't changed much.

Beating them 3-2 with young Bobby Stewart and Damien Matthew playing is a particular one that I remember fondly. Pallister scored a 30 yard og. And an evening game where Mal Donaghy netted an og for them in a 1-1 draw. He went on to sign for us for a couple of seasons.

Anyway, I too prefer to go to Sunderland, just because I have no chance of getting a ticket for Utd.

Utd are a good side this year. The pace they got the ball into the penalty area this morning was a warning for other clubs and to think only 4 players that were in the side 3 years ago (Rooney, Nani, Anserson and Evra). Smalling will do a job for them at rb only evans in the centre and the goalie look weaknesses. Before the start of the season I thought they would have trouble with distribution from midfield but certainly didn't show it last night.

Rooney playing extremely well in driving play forward from the half way line. Will have to be strong, focussed and working in harmony to beat them home and away.

I went last year and Old Trafford isn't great. My mate that I go with isn't that keen on it this year anyway. Plus I fear we may get a good hiding there this season tbh, prices are decent this year though.

I've banned myself from going to OT cos I've yet to see us beat them there - plus we lost to the scousers there when I went too - the only time I've seen us win there when we beat Blackburn there and even then we only did it in ET

So you're sacrificing yourself for a Chelsea win? Oh, that's so beautiful I could cry!
