Olympic football final is the day before so Wembley isn't available.

I'd have preferred the Emirates because it's nearer, but Villa Park is a good old traditional stadium and I've never been there before so I don't mind.

In the old days it would have been at the home of the champions, no problem with Wembley not being used, Villa Park is a good alternative equi-distant from both clubs. Should be a good atmosphere too.

It would be stupid if there wasn't an Olympics being staged, but since there is I don't see the problem with it.

Should be more tickets for fans too.
